Ladies that lunch

User

We’ve visited Inferno on a few occasions for drinks, but last night we enjoyed our first three course dinner which was beautiful!

The service was great and we were made to feel welcome for the entire evening - not rushed at all

We’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

Thank you Leanne and team

User

Went to Inferno with my wife 1,st feb,

Wonderful staff although we were the only people eating,

The food was excellent, we had 3 courses, all cooked & prepared very well,

We love Italian food & frequent all the good resteaurants around.

My only advice for the owners would be my pate starter was so small with 1 tiny peice of bread, for over £4 it needs to be a little more substantial,

In other local Italian eateries we have complimentary olives with balsamic & bread, we don’t judge resteurants on the quantity of food but the quality,

This eaterie certainly has this. However competition is fierce and I would love this family business to flourish,

Well done ! We will be back !!!

User

We went last night for my birthday, we were treated like royalty! The service was incredible by Pippa and her cocktail making skills were fabulous. The food was amazing, we will definitely be returning soon! Thank you

User

We have just come back from having lunch at The Inferno which was lovely. The service was fantastic by Pippa. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Hinckley. How enjoyable to sit outside in the glorious sunshine on their rooftop terrace. Can't wait to visit again

User

Thank you so much for being such wonderful hosts for my daughters 16th birthday party on Saturday night. The venue and food were perfect. Everyone said how wondeful it was, we all had a great time. Special thank you to the staff too, they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend :)

User

Stunning meal, lovely atmosphere with great service, amazing traditional italian food! Loved it & highly recommend

User

Reading the other reviews, some are very surprising. I wonder if the people who were cold or had poor food politely said so. It's true that they take their time serving....like in Italy. So if you are in a hurry you do need to say. It's wonderful and I'll certainly come again.

User

Our first visit last night but will definitely be returning as all the staff were so friendly, helpful and happy.

Food was outstanding from the starters to desserts. The ladies loved the cocktails and the Peroni went down well too. Lovely relaxed atmosphere big thank you to Emma, Laura, Leanne and Vittorio who made our evening so enjoyable and gave us some good recommendations for next time. Nothing to fault here give it a try, keep up the good work team Inferno

User

On a family visit back to Hinckley we met up with friends and tried Inferno for the first time. Loved the decor and ambience and was greeted warmly on our arrival. We had a starter and a main and enjoyed it very much. Coffee was excellent too.

User

Just had an amazing night here.Fab food, yum desserts & well the cocktails were sooo more some xx shame we had to go home & it was a school night

User

Just had a great evening with the wife for Valentines !

The staff were excellent and very attentive, the ambiance of the Resteraunt first class, as was the food.

Will surely return soon and recommend to our friends without a doubt.

An Italian Jemma in Hinckley.

User

I booked for my husbands birthday and my two best friends to have an Italian meal, had such a wonderful time, the staff couldn’t have done anymore for us, they went that extra mile nothing was too much trouble. This restaurant is just what Hinckley has needed for a long while!!!

Well done Inferno....keep up the good work xx

User

Had an absolutely lovely meal last week at inferno! Absolutely lovely staff, amazing cocktails! Had 3 courses and all of which were incredible my partner had the tiramisu he said it was the best one he has ever tasted! It was very fast service and quality of the homemade food was brill! Very impressed! Best restaurant in hinckley

User

Had a lovely meal here last night. All 3 courses were delicious. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very passionate about their food! Great cocktail and wine menu. The surroundings and decor are very attractively finished. The furnishings are comfortable and stylish and suitable for a fancy-pants meal or a casual week-night supper. Beautiful cocktail bar which I will be going back to sample very soon. Wishing you every success - you all deserve it - Thank you for a lovely evening!

User

Excellent service, made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Food was delicious from the starter to the pudding... Will definitely be visiting again will recommend to others. Absolutely first class ⭐️

User

Always a good meal at a reasonable price and unlike chain restaurants the food is fresh and delicious. White chocolate profiteroles are an amazing dessert.

Cocktails are good and exceptional value.

Always a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere :)

User

Absolutely wonderful service, atmosphere, food, and cocktails.

Have visited Inferno three times now since their opening, and each time my party and I were treated exceptionally. The waiting staff are smiley, polite, engaging, and make you feel very welcome. The bar staff - especially the barman who makes the cocktails - are also warm and generous. I received a complimentary shot of cocktail whilst waiting on a friend the last time I visited.

Food-wise, I cannot fault it (apart from one thing - more below). The pollo e funghi pasta dish is superb, if a little small, and their lasagne is delicious and well presented. Their heart-shaped pasta dish is beautiful and a vegetarian's delight, and their desserts are truly decadent (recommend their Limoncello cheesecake, white profiteroles and tiramisu). I wish they had more options, to be honest, like cannoli, struffoli, or zeppole.

The only thing that I feel lets Inferno down, is their garlic bread. A portion consists two small, very thinly-cut pieces of bruschetta, which often have half the bread missing from the inside due to air pockets. I would strongly urge Inferno to increase the portion size to four slices of thicker bread with more garlic butter!

Despite the above (and I love my garlic bread), this place is an asset to Hinckley and still gets five out of five stars. Can't wait to go back!

User

A warm welcome with a comfortable lounge area to have a drink (2for1 cocktails 6-7).

The menu had good choices & I chose well... I’d come again and be tempted to have exactly the same!

Very tasty & the mains were also filling. 2 courses inc 4 drinks each was sub £60/couple. Superb.

User

The service was good and staff really friendly. Enjoyed the cocktails before eating. Unfortunately no atmosphere, it was a Friday night 23rd Feb and only my husband and myself plus one other couple eating. This did raise a few concerns - was the newness over now.

Food - I booked based on the varied menu displayed. But then was given a limited menu of pasta, fish, chicken dishes. My husband not keen on any of these had to have the one beef dish. We were told all down to a new chief and time it takes to cook some of the dishes.

I had callioni which was ok but the salad garnish came out of a bag. My husband had the beef ,well the 4 small pieces you could see. Small portions and not the best.

I live in Hinckley and I want all new businesses to do well. I support my town and local community. But inferno need to step up if they are going to compete with places like Rossini's. To be honest Wildwood is better. Such a shame but still time to improve.
