Bit late but a quick pic from the end of Insanity on Wednesday night. Everyone is getting back into the swing of it after holidays but great to have everyone coming back and getting back to a routine

My favourite move in Insanity is a soccer juggle, seem to fit nicely with the football 😀⚽️

Huge well done to Charlotte for completing another loyalty card. Works so hard in every class and always smiling.
Also well done to these lovely ladies who didn't let the football stop them and they got their workout done. Slight change in time so we didn't miss th 2bd half 🤣

Fabulous class outside tonight. And we had Alison complete her 150th Insanity class which is just fantastic. Not many mother in laws can say they've done 150 insanity classes! Verity also completed another loyalty card again over 100 class with me. So proud of my participants whether regulars, drop ins, or newbies. It's a amazing atmosphere and a great bunch of people. X

Saturday 9th June I will be giving an Insanity display at Ratby Primary School Summer Fayre.
If you are free and would like to help me with this by joining in that woul be amazing. Bring the family and enjoy the day with lots of things going on.
I would ideally need you 1pm-1.20pm giving a little bit of time before to ensure everyone is happy and set up.
... Be great to have as many join in as possible for 10-15 minute workout and open to everyone

Fantastic class tonight, I really enjoyed it. Also brilliant as Naomi completed another loyalty card. Naomi Lunn has been coming for 3 years now and she works so hard every single class. Huge well done 🤗

I love this class, Claire is a great instructor, unlike many other classes I've attended she always joins in and offers lots of alternative exercises for the less experienced

I did love it! Brilliant hour of fun that really doesn't feel that long at all. Great that you can work at, up or down a level depending on your limitations! Very welcoming atmosphere too :0)
