Today we hit a scary milestone : over 100 folks through I2T in one day. Equally spread between Active Rehabilitation Rutland (Falls, Rehab classes, Hydrotherapy and Rutland Rotaract Family Support Centre pool time) and sport & fitness classes (purestretch, Sports Con, kettles and aerobics). Thanks to Amy, Tilly, Sheena, Amanda, Liz and Hannah for your support in a record breaking day!! Mary (about to collapse into bed!) 😅
To the “visitors” who used the car park yesterday evening and threw your macDonald’s cups and recovery drink debris onto the studio grass - maybe you’d like to try a class some time to work it off (and I even have a dustbin in the studio you could use!) #dontspoilitforothers
So, 10 years ago when we got married we made a set of circular tables from MDF and broom handles for the garden to put flowers (and drinks!) on.
Roll forward 10 years and Rocketman and I were standing in the garage saying "we really need a holder for the new balance cushions - what can we use"? Quick crawl into the loft space, a bit of revision and voila - a 15 cushion stand that's been waiting 10 years to be made!
Anyone up for Purestretch tomorrow morning at 9:30apm with Sheena? If so, get booked in before 4pm today! This is in addition to the Thursday classes.

Active Rehab, Cardiac, Falls folks who come to our exercise referral classes either privately or on Exercise referral - we want to make it better and easier for you in 2019.
Simply put, every class in a calendar month after your 6th class of the month, is completely free. We have 8 classes a week so that's lots of opportunity to get and keep fit, recover after illness, operation or injury and meet new friends!

The underwater treadmill has been an invaluable part of recovery from my knee operation. Great facility!
Mary led my first open water swimming experience in the Whitwell creek earlier in June. Today I completed the 2k swim across Rutland Water. It would never have been possible without her fantastic introduction. Thank you! Highly recommend.
Mary is inspirational her coaching technique is personable and her advise is easily followed as she can easily give you examples and ways of correcting and improving. Sundays open water swim sessions are fantastic. Well organised a great place for all levels. I cannot recommend inspire2tri enough. Awesome.

Knocked a minute off my 400m time overnight and I know there's more in me! So much more relaxed in the water and have found a nose clip that stays on! Mary is fantastic, she really understood my problems and has given me small things to think about which have had a huge effect so far!
It was my first ever outdoor swim this morning, and I absolutely loved it! There were plenty of people spotting while out on the water so I felt pretty relaxed when out on the course. Can't wait for my next swim!
I've just had the best OW training from Mary and help from Simon and now feeling so much more positive going into my event on Sunday. A great evening and people, thank you so much ��
I've done two sessions with Mary-one in the pool and one in open water and she's given me so much confidence. If you're unsure about your technique or open water swimming, I'd highly recommend a session or two.
I went to Mary’s big picture workshop for running today, and learned a lot in the 2 hours I was there! Mary is very honest, to the point, crammed a lot in the time we had and a true professional! Can not recommend her enough! Thanks Mary �
I started classes and coaching with Mary last year after a nasty accident on my bike which left me with a titanium collar bone, with Mary's help advise and guidance and a good kick up the ass my core strength and endurance and over all body shape have lost me for words as I would say to Mary I have the arms and shoulders now of a shot putter.

I have been attending Amy's Rehab classes on Mondays, and they have been a real joy and blessing. The drills are demanding but fun and within my capabilities if I push myself. Amy is a super trainer, helping one to improve with encouragement and without any suggestion of judgement. A great facility in a fantastic setting. Thoroughly recommended.
I am an average swimmer but lousy at freestyle I had my first lesson today with the lovely Mary and immediately saw an impact . I am aiming for a pretty big challenge in August (Solent swim) and today i felt that with more of Mary's help it may just be possible !
Great first session in the pool today. Turns out my technique was all over the shop!
All explained very well, even if I didn’t get it first time around, Mary would find a way so I did.
Always thought I was a fairly strong swimmer, turns out I was so inefficient it’s untrue. Will be back
Finally decided to take the plunge and get some swim technique advise and I honestly can't believe how much of a difference it has made. I wish I had seen Mary years ago!! With just a few adjustments in just over an hour in the endless pool my swim has improved 100%

Fantastic training sessions run by Mary. I did the Tri training morning and run technique and came away with so much information to improve my techniques and the way I think about everything I do. May is so knowledgable and makes everything really easy to understand. I will definitely be back for more sessions and recommend her to anyone either in Tri or any related sport.
Fantastic personal and professional team, expert coaching and training from complete beginners to experienced established athletes. The team all have enthusiasm to make you achieve your best potential, the classes are of outstanding standard, the personal coaching with endless pool, tri day and running coaching courses are superb ! Mary puts every personal effort possible into every element of Inspire2tri. Would highly recommend whatever your goal !
