Landscape Consultancy established 1988.

Ian Stemp Landscape Associates was founded 1988 in Leicestershire and has subsequently established a broad range of Public and Private Sector Clients as well as working with voluntary organisations.
The Practice offers all of our Clients a fully committed professional service to meet their standards, requirements and programmes.

Our services range from conception through the research, feasibility and planning and masterplanning stages, to design, contract and tender action, including long-term management plans.
A consultant led approach to all projects is adopted to ensure a high standard of service and as a team the practice is managed in a style that allows full consideration and care to every project from start to finish. This includes projects where the practice has been lead consultant, and also where we have provided landscape design services within a consultant team structure.


Our experience covers a broad range of landscape projects, including all types of Green Infrastructure, housing developments, commercial, retail and leisure projects and education and health projects.

We are also involved in urban environmental improvements, children’s plays areas, as well as parks and opens spaces.


The Practice also offers services in Arboriculture, providing Tree Surveys and Arboricultural Impact Assessments to BS5837: 2012 and in Landscape Character & Visual Assessment.
The practice is registered with the Landscape Institute.
