Took my 4 year old Mac Mini with a knackered graphics card. Jordan helped immensely. Replace the whole logic board under EU consumer law. Bascially got a new Mac Mini back. Thanks guys

Took my 2 year old iPad into store as the screen and graphics had gone all weird and Jordan checked it for me. He then made a claim with Apple for a repair. He phoned me yesterday to say that Apple were sending me a brand new iPad. Brilliant service Jordan I will definitely shop with you again. Thank you.

Very dissatisfied with the service I received, was told just by looking at my phone it was the antenna ! Was told it was £280 pounds to repair my IPhone 6s and was not worth it .Purchased a new i phone only to find out the sim was faulty !!! The staff clearly have No idea what they are talking about �

Very disappointed to be charged a 20% re-stocking charge (£55.80) when returning a Apple Watch which was brought as a gift. How do you know if you do/don’t like something if you don’t take off the cellophane to try it on! Purchased a 38mm Apple Watch series 3 elsewhere and wouldn’t purchase from this store again!

Went in with a unresponsive screen - was asked to pay 160 odd pounds to send it off for repair. When I got home from Northampton store to my house I received a phone call off someone at the IStore asking me to come and get my phone as it could not be repaired due to a third party previously replacing my screen and that a refund will be processed in 3-5 working days. Why was this not investigated or asked before I left the store? What a waste of time!!!

Having been really poorly and then returning to work, I have not been able to come and get the phone due to the time that the store is open until. I asked if my phone could be posted but this was confirmed immediately not possible.

I then rang the store up to confirm when I will be able to collect and chase the refund in question. They confirmed that they won’t be able to refund the money until I come and collect my phone.

Please tell me why you would need to pick up a phone for a refund to be processed when you have taken the money from one account and one card .... just return it to that one!

Also I haven’t used the service, so regardless of whether I haven’t collected my phone - I am due money.

Popped into this store today as I was having trouble syncing my new iwatch to my iPhone and iPad, the team in this store were less than helpful, had a serious lack of customer service and were technically inept of their own products. What a complete waste of salary these individuals receive!! :(((((

We drove to the Apple Store in MK and WOW what a difference, the shop was incredibly busy and yet the staff were super helpful and the tech guy actually knew his stuff. Anyone needing any type of help I would totally swerve the istore in Northampton and make a direct b-line to Apple MK
