Very friendly and helpful staff, kept us informed throughout the ordering process. Even when we changed our minds on a certain flooring then it was no trouble whatsoever. Sooo much cheaper than the major carpet companies. Quality flooring throughout our home, expertly fitted with a great finish. They even came back to finish off an 8 inch mastic strip which was a 40 mile round trip for them. Now that is excellent customer service. Highly recommended *****

These guys laid LVT throughout my kitchen, lounge and hallway and did a superb job. It took me a while to decide exactly what I wanted and they helped with getting hold of samples when I wanted to see a range they didn't usually fit. They turned up when they said and completed the job over 3 days as planned. Overall I can't fault them and will be getting my upstairs carpets sorted by them when I can afford it. Cheers fella's!

These guys are great, very professional, perfect finish on the carpets, they fitted the same day that I called them and worked late into the night to get it all finished so that Christmas wasn't ruined! (SCS cancelled my fitting three times! Don't ever go there, use these guys!!) Thanks again

Super service from start to end. Great range of carpeting to choose from, friendly non - pushy advice. Obviously take huge pride in doing a perfect job of fitting the carpets too. Each member of the team we came into contact with were pleasant, helpful friendly guys. And to top it all the prices and the quality of flooring offered are more than competitive. Needed a carpet fitting asap rang Jonathan and he said yes i will be there tomorrow he was bang on rang to say he was on his way and done a super job of fitting the carpet.

Ive had 2 carpets fitted in my house by j a flooring, what a great job jon & his work mate done. I was really pleased with the fitting of the carpets, what friendly & helpful guys. I had a quote from carpet right to have my lounge carpet fitted, they wanted £90 bit steep I thought. I got a great price from j a flooring so didn't waste any time choosing them.
