Next Saturday (27 April) we will be hosting a special awareness event at the Brewery Arts Centre, Kendal, between 1pm and 4pm. During the afternoon you will be able to find out more about the care, support and activities which take place at the children’s hospice. Plus, you will be able to look at some of the sensory equipment used by the children and young adults at Jigsaw.

Christmas may be over 8 months away, but planning is well under way for our 2019 selection of Christmas cards. But we need your help!
Every year we have a selection of cards featuring iconic local winter scenes and we are currently looking for a picture to use in 2019. If you have any wintery pictures of Cumbria we would love to hear from you.

For the every first time, Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw’s fundraising will be heading into Europe as we host a London to Paris Cycle. Make a Will Month 2019
This April is your opportunity to secure your family’s future whilst helping to provide care to people with terminal and life limiting illnesses in our community.
Make a Will Month gives you’re the opportunity to make you Will with various local solicitors. You can receive a professionally written Will in return for a donation to Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw. It is up to you how much to donate but as a guide we suggest £130 for a single basic Will, £2...00 for a pair of basic mirror Wills and £40 for a codicil.

Every year we are inundated with generous donations of chocolate eggs for our children and young adults. Unfortunately, many of the children and young adults are unable to eat chocolate.
We know many of our supporters enjoy supporting Jigsaw at this time of year and you can still bring a smile to the faces of the children and young adults this Easter. An amazing facility bringing joy at a difficult time.

Absolutely love bringing my brother here for respite sessions. It's a lovely, welcoming and relaxing environment that he loves spending time in. The staff are wonderful! Extremely attentive and caring. He always has a great time with them and all the other boys and girls he meets here. Thankyou!
