The place is nice & nice desserts. However, the fact that we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our order to be taken on top of the 45 minutes we had already waited to be seated is a complete put off so unfortunately I won't be going back there in a hurry...

Been here twice always have mint tea with egg free waffle with Nutella and strawberry and banana. Great portion! The waffle is really fluffy and not to overly sweet as it can get too much with the rest of the bits it's served with. Service so far has been fine haven't had issues although the first time we went the little dude serving us was ill and kept coughing and sneezing without covering his mouth whilst taking our order and when he brought over our food. Weirdly I did get the flu after this don't know if it's a coincidence!!!! Nice decor and atmosphere but could do with a selection of vegan options. As my ice cream with the waffle usually goes to waste as it has 🥛 in it. And when I asked the server if she knew if he waffle had milk she had no clue and didn't really try to find out for me either.

Food was lovely, very poor service, plus it was cash only which we wasn't informed till we paid, then had to go and find a cash point, they haven't got a clue what there doing, customer service none existent..

Food amazing and defo recommend the place for collection but staff were awful except one Muslim young lady, staff need to follow her lead I wish I took her name! Greet with a smile be polite, treat people how you expect to be treated. We won't be going back anytime soon.

Unfortunately I have to say the management need to get a grip with things, no customer service what so ever, no respect at all that we keep people waiting, its easy to blame waiters. I pray that Allah increase your Rizk but if you don't address your basic issues of service and customer relationship your going to get many negative reviews like mine, take this as advice not a moan?

Service and staff were fine, but the cheese cake..... lets just say, Asda or Tesco do a better one!!
