Service is great, good waffle and other fresh stuff. The only downside of those junkies sitting just outside the shop. Not only that shop but if you to Istanbul restuarant you will find those drugs addicted people.

Terrible service. Very arrogant and ignorant to in-house customers. Took 20 minutes for the 'order' to arrive - even then it was missing my wife's entire dessert and all our drinks. Took another 20 minutes for that to arrive. Constantly, the staff were standing around gossiping - seeing one particular member of staff pointing over to us as if he was talking about us. Desserts themselves were very sub-par. Cookie dough tasted like Frozen Millie's Cookie Dough from Iceland. The sundae was the only somewhat redeeming factor - but not worth over £5. Worst part is that, for their blunder, they offered no apology whatsoever.



If you want customer service, don't waste your time here. Never coming back.

Rude staff. Awful service. 4/5 desserts arrived and one was not being made. Had finished the other 4 and asked them to leave the last as there was no point anymore and got told that refunds arent an option as its policy?!?!? Eventually got money back but that was it, no proper apology etc. Also no facilities for baby changing and when I asked then what they want me to do about my baby’s nappy they suggested i go back to the car to change it? After showing my annoyance, got into their staffroom where i had to change her on tiles flooring.

I ordered Apple crumble and hot custard but it smelt like sick and tasted foul, was offered 15% discount the next time I go which will be never.!!! The manager or whoever he was said the smell is the apple and that is how they are meant to smell and taste... what a load of crap.!! Avoid and save your money
