We had our first visit tonight and although the pub was really busy (St Georges Day) we still had a fantastic meal. All Home made and the best sticky toffee pudding I've ever had .

This is a lovely little pub, really friendly. Jeremy and Sal are such great hosts always a warm and friendly welcome. The food is really good too, very traditional pub grub and one of the best Sunday roasts around. I love it here.

If you want good food come to the joiners 1st class every time for there roast dinners on a Sunday you are made welcome by Sally and Jeremy come and try and see!!!! There fish and chip night are also good on a Friday if I could give them 10 stars I would !!!!!

This is such a hidden gem! A rare country pub with a roaring open fire and home cooked food at very reasonable prices.

I LOVE this place and the landlord and landlady are almost like family now and welcome me warmly.

I guarantee you will not be disappointed and I almost don’t want to post this incase I can’t get a table next time!! Thanks to Sally and Jeremy for all your hard work! You’re both amazing and your little country pub is amazing �

Had a lovely meal here. Cottage pie was absolutely fab & the lamb & mint pie was a thumbs up from hubby. Great food, beer & atmosphere. Spot on....�
