Its Heartbreaking to learn the death of Summer Grant at 7 years old was due to negligence and profiteering of two individuals and our heart goes out to the parents and family. Jumpin Jax would like to reassure you this is a singular incident caused by the attendants not following the most basic of safety guidelines. I have attached a copy of our policy and safety checklist to reaffirm our position will always be safety first.

We hired the party bouncy castle for a school fair and it was great. The delivery driver arrived on time and had everything set up quickly and was very polite. Mark was extremely friendly on the phone and in person and the booking service on the website was easy to use. The price was very reasonable and I would happily recommend jumpin jax to others.

Thank you so much for making my little boys day with the marvel disco bouncy castle. Zachary and his friends loved it, so much fun. Booked with ease, reassurance of confirmation call the day before and prompt set up and collection. All in all wonderful service!

I can't recommend this company enough. We hired the Adult All Star castle and the gyro cars for my son's 3rd birthday which were perfect! The adults got to join in the fun with the children and the cars were a massive hit. Mark was fantastic at advising me of which products would be best and he and his team were extremely professional on the day. I will definitely be reusing them! Thank you!

Hired the princess dome and the jungle slide for a joint party for my daughters. They were fantastic, great service and price. Highly recommend and will definitely use again for my other 2 daughters!!! Thanks for making our party fab.

Hired the princess and monkey bouncy castles for my daughters 6th Birthday Party in July. They were super and will defiantly be using again and recommending to everyone I know.

Hired the Super hero disco dome! It was super clean! Jumping Jax arrived early, helped me out when we had a disaster with the hire venue(no power), we changed venue and when disco dome was set up at the new venue he even went back to the original venue to redirect party guests!! Above and beyond call of duty! The very best service! Highly recommend! Thank you Jumpin Jax for making my sons birthday party great!!

Hired a bouncy castle on Saturday and can't recommend these guys enough. Drop off and pick up times were spot on and the guy was very professional. Will definately use again. Thank you

From start to finish the service was fantastic. Real down to earth staff who answered any question and genuinely seemed to care about making sure things went well on the day. We hired the jungle bouncy castle which was fantastic value to have for the whole day. Would defenitely reccomend these guys.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The kids loved the candy floss and popcorn machine and for me the experience was hassle free. Mark followed up on all my enquiries promptly and turned up on time to setup and collect. One very happy 6 year old!

Fantastic service from Jumpin Jax! Excellent customer service, Mark was great, so polite. Disco Dome was up in no time, ensuring great placement and happy customers. Health and safety was at the forefront. Mark was great, making the birthday girl feel involved and happy with it. Very very happy and excited 6yr olds all round! Would use again without any concern!

Fabulous service and great stuff to hire at really affordable prices. Kids of all ages enjoyed what was on offer and best of all we didn't have to lift a finger. He came and set it all Up and packed it away at the end. 5 star service. Would definitely recommend.

FANTASTIC!!! - It was the crazy winter week of 1-5th of march! With my littles ones first big birthday party on the 3rd, I have been in full party mode for weeks and then the heavens opened and the snow came down.... Jumpin' Jax rocked up. On time. Sorted out the bouncy castle, bigger than expected, giro cars too! AND saved the party with a sound system... I have sung their praises to the skies!!

Excellent service from Jumpin Jax. We had a last minute issue due to the wind speed and had to change our venue but Jumpin Jax were excellent throughout the whole process and also stayed at our party to provide the children with popcorn and candy floss for free. Will definitely be using again.

An absolutely amazing service from Jumpin Jax! I was let down by another company an hour before my daughters birthday party and Jumpin Jax were extremely accommodating and continued their working day late into the evening for us! I can not thank them enough! They even arrived early and helped us take all our party things into the venue. The bouncy castle itself was fantastic and all the children loved it! We had a large number of children at the party and they all fit in there easily. Thank you Jumpin Jax you were fantastic!

Amazing 5* friendly and professional service. We looked to hire a bouncy castle for the Easter Weekend to keep the kids entertained. Although the weather was hit and miss, we went ahead after several discussions with Jumpin Jax about the weather. Throughout Jumpin Jax were not pushy and just wanted the kids to get use of the castle. They did and we used it from Saturday to the Monday! We definitely recommend using Jumpin Jax and will be booking a castle again in the summer
