We had a fab 4th birthday party here Feb last year for my son and booked in again for Feb 2017. A good hot buffet for the party and there was plenty of food for nearly 30 children and buffet platters of various sandwiches for all the parents to enjoy and everyone said how good the food was and fresh platters but most importantly the staff are lovely and friendly.

Such a fantastic day out for the kids. Took my 9 month old & the area for children her age is huge. Plenty to play with and she loved the huge mirror. The staff were lovely and I would highly recommend. Can't wait to take her back!

Just wanted to thank Megan and Charlotte for looking after us today for my daughter RosieŌĆÖs 4th birthday party. They were both fantastic with the children and very organised, with the the party running very smoothly. Thank you girls xxx

I have been here several time for many different parties and just to play and it is fantastic. My son had his laser birthday party yesterday and it was brilliant, it was organised very well and the party hosts were great. All staff are professional and the kids had a great time, cannot recommend it enough.

I have been coming to jungle Mayhem for years with my grandson, the staff and owners are wonderful , Good menue although " why Halal " i do not know . Nothing is too much trouble for them ....They all work hard to keep the place clean and tidy....

I had my daughters 1st birthday here on Saturday we choose the princess party for her which was such great value for money such a lovely party and great party hosts such a great party thank you too all the staff at jungle mayhem :)

I always come to jungle mayhem with my son he loves it ..all the staff are so friendly and he absolutely loves it!

Today we had his 2nd birthday party and what an amazing job !! The girls couldn't do enough for us ..couldn't be happier so Thankyou very much xx

Had my son's third birthday here - a pirate-themed party. The centre and staff were absolutely outstanding from start to finish - took care of everything so that we could relax and enjoy the moment. Soft play, food and entertainment all top quality. Would recommend without hesitation. Sincere thanks to all for a great day!

Both children loved their parties today, the hosts were amazing, engaging and organised, the venue very accommodating with my requests and it led to a stress free party that was good value for money. You do feel a bit rushed as you are one of several parties that day-they put the label down for the next party table reservation whilst we were still getting our coats on! Kids happy though so that's the main thing, thank you xx

Lovely place to go never really had any issues, only thing I think is staff need to monitor play areas more as older children come into baby part and no one tells them... also other things will be seen that need checking... but my son loves it and will definetly keep going x

It's probably the 1% of places that doesn't take card sometimes inconvenient also raises suspicioun

Had my grandaughters birthday party yesterday, never seen jungle mayhem so busy, lots of other parties on as well. Have to say the kids had a ball, well organised friendly staff. Fabulous..

Wouldn't recommend for a child with Autism with sensory issues, my 4 year old son found that machine that sucked up balls to much and wouldn't go in the play area at all as it was to distressing and ended up having a melt down as he couldn't cope with the noise , but my other children found it ok

Used to love this place but itŌĆÖs just not the same anymore.

Had my daughters first birthday party here for 1st birthday. Now i wish I'd gone elsewhere.

I was willing to pay what I needed but ended up getting a good deal so I was thrilled. I spoke to staff about doing a theme (Alice in wonderland) tea party. Even from the get go they didn't seem too accommodating but we're nice enough.

When I got there today the staff were not helpful. No one helped me dress the room. No one even asked me if I needed help. The only one girl who helped briefly. Another member of staff came in and spoke to me disgustingly. Food was shocking! Not enough for what you pay.

Certainly won't be going back again as a paying customer!! Good job my daughters only one and won't remember much of it.

We went to a party which my youngest son was invited to today. My eldest son didn't want to play today but apparently he's of "playing age" and I had to pay for him regardless of whether or not he played.

I wasn't impressed with this as I've took my children here very often and even paid ┬Ż150 for a party last month.

Would also like to mention the toilet door didn't even have a lock on.

No problem with the play centre itself, I've got a problem with the woman who I assume is a manager (small, brown/black hair with fringe)

Every time we come here her attitude stinks, ive witnessed her tell off toddlers for the stupidest of things. I swear to myself every time i won't take my little boy back, purely because of her attitude, but like I say, the play centre itself is okay, just a shame about this certain member of staff.

Food was awful. Paid ┬Ż4.50 for a burger and chips. It was inedible wouldnt even feed it my dog! Kids wouldn't even eat chicken nuggets as they was rank.
