Customer service is first class, was treated very very good , I wish I could remember the guys name who served me he was a young slim black guy what a guy he was made me feel welcome and I left a happy man , oh and the food woooooow top class lamb chops , the hot sauce really does blow you away all this talk just makes me wanna go back, I might tonight if the weather clears up if not I'll deffo be back very soon 10/10 not a bad word to say about the place #ThanksForTheChessecake :-)

Today I placed an order for collection at 3 pm the food wasn't even ready waited for another ten mins they hadn't even started it very disappointing

Never again after 1 year i ordered for home delivery and after waiting over 1 and half hours food came all cold naans were literally like crisps this place is not the same place anymore sent everything back why should i pay for cold food

Just got a tbone. Giving one star coz its2nd time cant chew and dry as 3days old roti. Can post some pictures too if needed

It was possibly the worst place I've ever ate in my life, terrible customer service and horrible food. Had no steak knifes or any metal forks, absolute disgrace.

Collected food which on returning home found the worker had got the order wrong so called Jungle paprika and politely asked the food be replaced (I return what they gave and they replace with correct order) however was told this is not possible. I was told that customers are expected to check their food on collection which isnŌĆÖt the service anyone would expect. The person who dealt with my complaint had a bad attitude and explained his manager would call be back the next morning. I expected an apology which I never got and more concerning is that I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years.
