Yay 10 Years!!! A big thank you to all our lovely customers (and even the not so lovely ones) for making this happen. Its been hard work but lots of fun! Thank you to all the staff past and present for all your help in making this happen. x

We had my daughters second party at jungletastic she had a fab time. Great value for money and a huge bonus being able to confirm numbers on the day! Rather than paying for children who can’t make it like other places. There was plenty of food and drink included and our host ‘Hope’ was lovely and attentive to both the adults and children. We will most likely book again for parties thank you all �

I've been in retail and retail management nearly all my working life, if you greet your customers like the piece of shit you clearly thought I was then you need to find a job where you are not near the public.

Your attitude was rude and obnoxious, you clearly need customer service training and learn some manners.

Believe it or not here's the strange bit you might not understand but without any customers you probably won't have a job.

Now chin up love and turn that frown upside down.

less than 2 hours and the owner of the business has been in touch, Sarah is so polite and accommodating it obviously wasn't her I dealt with earlier LOL

We are here again and what a change !! Such an amazing atmosphere and the staff are clearly enjoying being here, it's busy but not too busy that it's over crowded.

Kids had great fun at Jungletastic this morning. Only indoor play centre were the kids come home in clean socks! The staff are always friendly and helpful and the centre is always clean. Menu caters for all food tastes and is great value for money. Still our favourite

Held my sons 3rd birthday here on Saturday and it was great. The staff were amazing, especially the girl who ran the party. It was well organised and ran well. The food, disco and games were all good too. The staff were helpful and responded to any requests quickly and happily.



We also come quite regularly for play and my son and his friends really enjoy it. It’s a good size play area and always very clean. The food is good too.

Held my daughter’s sixth birthday party here yesterday. She and all her friends had a fabulous time. Our party leader Imogen was fantastic. She greeted us upon arrival, explained to me what would happen and when and was great with the children. We had a soft play and disco party. There were lots of traditional party games played during the disco and Imogen had a keen eye for spotting the children who sat down last or were not being statues so the games were played fairly. All the children were engaged throughout making it a happy and successful party. Thank you!

Held my daughter's fifth birthday party at Jungletastic today and she and all her friends had a great time. The food was perfect for a kids party. The party host was so friendly and engaged with the children. She organised a couple of games, joined in with the dancing and even managed to organise 17 four and five year olds for a group photo - no mean feat! Thank you for a memorable party.

Held a 4th Birthday party in March and organised another party today for a pre-school leaving party, as you can imagine this was stressful to organise but Angie and Sarah both have been amazing with addressing any queries and accommodating individual needs - kids had great time and lots of fun with CHASE - kids love it on every visit thank you xx

Had my sons birthday party here today was lovely the kids had fun the food good and enough for all the kids considering the package we booked, the leader was very patient and gave us plenty of time gathering all the kids to sing happy Birthday overall very good birthday party!! Thankyou jungletastic in helping towards making my sons 1st birthday one to remember

Had my little ones party yesterday and Hope our party planner was amazing. My son has autism and can't cope with lots of noise and things. But she was so good and let him do music with her at the disco. He had an amazing time and has asked for his party there next year already. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Had my little boys 4th birthday party here today and had a great time. The party leader was fantastic and interacted with us all the way through. We were only a small party but all felt very welcome. Charlie my little one absolutely loved it and was so excited all the way through.The attention he received was great and was made to feel very special.

Party was well organised and the food for the children was brilliant. Party leaders name was hope who was lovely and kept kiddies well entertained !

Been coming here with my boy for over a year now, my son loves it!!! We have a beautiful routine doing giggle and movement sessions then having free play session ending with lunch before leaving. My son is confident enough to walk off and play, amazing for all ages which mousetrap is more ideal for older children. Can't wait until he's older to start having parties here ���

Attended the Christmas party on Thursday and my two boys (aged 2 and 9) loved it! They catered for all ages, the games were simple but fun! Was well priced for what you received and children who didn’t want to join in could use the apparatus. It was nice that you wasn’t forced to purchase photos, there was a lady who was taking pics on a professional camera for free which was a lovely added touch. It was well organised and not packed out just a lovely amount of children. Looking forward to next years already!!

A MASSIVE thank you to the blonde lady whom I believe is now manager. Every time I come with my parties (sometimes last minute) your hospitality is above an beyond, you always personally take care of us and continue to check we’re ok. As always good food and kind staff, great service thanks again xxx

The staff were polite and helpful. Tasty food, and the children had fun on the soft play. The only complaint would be the motorised cars that parents have to pay extra for. We definitely sat in the wrong place children were constantly falling out and parent either paid the money to avoid a fuss, or had to deal with a child crying. I feel the space could be filled with something more productive.

Had my son's birthday party here yesterday arrived a little early just after 1.35pm party was to start at 1.45pm. Asked if i could give the cake to the lady on the desk so could get the kids sorted out of the car she asked what time the party was and then looked at her watch?! One of the children's mum's had said she got there 5 minutes early and asked if she could go through and buy a drink but she was told no. After I had got the kids sorted out the car etc quite a few of the party children had arrived 2 people behind the desk asked if I was here for a party but still nothing happened. Finally I hear someone behind the desk say to one of the girls do you know your party is here. I had phoned that morning to explain I had misplaced the list of guests and was told that was ok and they would have another one for me this didn't happen was given a blank piece of paper. All the staff were quite rude no smiles no nothing to say it's a children's party not really very good. Nothing was explained food times etc can't fault the food though was nice and lots of it. Was a little disappointing ��

We visited jungletastic today with my 19 months baby and had to leave due to the extreamly unsafe environment. Children were running everywhere, pushing, hitting and shoving. There were much older children in the under 4s area at all times playing rough, pushing smaller children and climbing up the slides. We reported this to the staff before leaving, we were told she could not control the situation because the establishment was understaffed. There was no staff in the play areas to insure children were playing safe. The only staff available was dealing with the party taking place.





We told her this was completely unacceptable, we do not feel its in any way acceptable for you to run such establishment where childrens welfare and safety come second to a party. We left jungletastic after reporting this and feel very upset. We shall not be returning there with our child.

Visited today with my daughter and 4 nephews and nieces....Twin nieces not long turned 1 (hardly moving around) and asked to pay £4 for each of them....chances were they wouldn't of even played with anything....we were then told if there were seen to go on anything we would of been told to take them off it.....I could understand paying one or two pound for them but £4 each to only use a small corner of the play area. Which I might add,had children of 4yrs and over playing in it, which would of made it unsafe for them to be in there anyway!!!!

Staff has an absolutely shocking attitude and walked around the whole visit with a face on ... played over £20 on food and one of the kids dinners didn't come out and then she said she only put one meal through so we would have to pay for another one only to not tell the kitchen and serve 2 others before telling the kitchen to make it. The other child's dinner was stone cold by the time it came and didn't really eat much and never even got an apology. I wouldn't have even given it a star ... very hungry children and unhappy parents.
