Stay when on training courses have never had a problem staff always very friendly beds really comfy and food is great it's a bit expensive in the bar but other than that it's a lovely place

Quick check in great room very comfy bed just a shame we didn’t have longer in it ! Ate in the restaurant with two friends all had did meals and all were very good ! Very nice staff very efficient even though it was very busy

Great hotel, friendly check-in and departure, perfect for returning from our holiday late at night, cozy comfy beds, interconnected room for all of us,, so we all got a decent amount of sleep, yummy breakfast, air con great extra!! Defiantly will be booking for our next holiday!!.

From check in to our early morning call the experience to start our holiday was first rate. Parking for two weeks, walking distance to the airport (15 minuets steady walk) the staff here are really nice and food although a bit pricey £15 for burger and chips was really hot and service to the table quick. Overall if we ever fly from east mids again we will be staying here. Ps the beds are really comfy �

Excellent spacious disabled room. Good helpfull staff, excellent food and within walking distance from terminal.

We've got a little challenge on our hand tomorrow morning though, the footpath leading to the terminal is not too good and having to push a wheelchair and taking luggage along won't be an easy job :)

You should be aware that there is a long staircase to the upper floor and no elevator. Not funny when there are 4 suitcases! The staff are very helpful but most of the rooms are upper level so if you need a ground floor be sure to ask for it!

We stayed here for Nye. Room was good except for the sqeeky floor boards, be quick for the celebratory Champaign as some people thought it was all for them so we didn't get any!! Maybe workers should have made sure there was plenty! Meal was very nice. Drinks pricey.. breakfast was lovely..but hotel is very nice .. would I stay again... most DEFINETLY:)

Room large and clean, very quiet. Lounge bar comfortable, saved money by buying a bottle of wine. Food was tasty and as expected from the menu description. Waitress and reception staff were charming, helpful and attentive. Car park had loads of room and it was minutes to the terminal. Would book again if we were to fly from East Mids. Great start to the holiday. Thank you.

My pet hate that many hotels are guilty of. Toilet tissue. Poor quality. I usually bring my own but forgot on this occasion.

Great! Does what it says on the tin but food is pricey and room service incurs a £5 tray charge so watch out for that.

Beautifully comfortable beds in well located airport hotel. Drink prices good. Cannot say food was well priced or tasty because it was neither and shower in room had low pressure but everything else was brilliant and staff were very polite and helpful.

Hotel and staff were great, room was clean and comfy. I attended a conference 6/3/18 and I had some soup for dinner which contained some cling film which I could have chocked on.. hence the low rating, I’m glad it was me who got it and not a child!

Booked in for one night only as it was near the airport. The room was good and the bed very comfortable and that is the only good point about it. It was ridiculously expensive for the room, £179.00. £7.50 for a glass of wine and the chilli that I had for dinner was appalling. Described as braised beef I was expecting chunks, to say it was minced beef was an understatement as it was hard to find any as it mainly consisted of carrots (in a chilli?) and beans. Hubby had halumi cheese in batter. That consisted of two pieces on "crushed" peas and a few french fries. Nothing on the menu under £12.00. The hotel obviously caters for a lot of conventions and guests for this are on expenses so they aren't bothered. Would not use this hotel again, would look for something a bit further away at a third of the price and get a taxi to the airport if needed. Would not recommend this place at all.
