This the seventh RMP reunion I have attended but this one, our first at your venue, was the very best. The hotel was perfect and the staff extremely helpful. Friday dinner in the restaurant was very good and our function on Saturday night despite the snow was great. I hope next year will be with you again.

The rooms are lovely and extremely comfortable. Staff are just wonderful. I would like to make a big deal of Johnny- what an amazing team member. (Any employer would be grateful to have him on board) He really did go the extra mile to ensure the customer was happy and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, and had really good facilities. Would definitely recommend and book again.

The Patel clans checked in for one night and were welcomed wonderfully by the grand entrance which is beautiful. In the room were free water bottles, kitkat chocolate and the room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast the next morning was icing on the Cake by the lovely host Charlie. Despite the long queue he made sure we were fully satisfied and was great company, the service overall was exceptional..I couldn’t praise the hotel and it’s staff any less. God bless the helpful staff there who also guided us to nearby attractions, we visited Warwick castle later on.

Definitely a visit back from us, if you want a smooth and satisfying stay with family in a clean comfortable environment with knowledgeable and experience staff book this place 5/5!!!

Staff friendly and polite. Clean and tidy. At breakfast the gentleman (sorry didn’t get his name) lovely polite smiley and welcoming. As I can’t have wheat and gluten he went and checked on items for me very helpful

User

Rooms we had were excellent . Nice a big , clean . The beds were very comfortable nice pillows . Had tea & coffee in there too. Pool area very nice now it’s had a refit.

Hotel it’s self wasn’t busy. But very looked lovely the Christmas trees are stunning.

One comment, breakfast- seemed like the eggs bacon sausages had been out a like while. Maybe when not so busy to take orders from guest to be able to offer more fresh food. Other than that loads to choose from. All staff very friendly and you can see they take pride in their work. The manager should be super proud as it’s the workers that achieve that standard. They all need a pat on the back.

Merry Christmas 🎉🎅🏻

Would be very interested if you do special events or cheap weekend special... thank you

Just spent 2 nights on a Stay, play and explore break here and we loved it. Great family room, with lots of space, a bathroom you could swing a cat in, lovely modern furnishings, comfy beds, and a peaceful nights sleep. The staff were very friendly, special mention for Kerrie who was working in the bar on both nights we stayed. Food in the bar was tasty and priced as you would expect for hotel food. We did have a bit of a wait for food to be served on both nights but that was the only drawback of our stay. Breakfast choice was varied, I'd recommend going before 8 am though to avoid queuing for a table. Leisure club was clean and modern, we did need to book in advance. All in all a great stay, would highly recommend it.

User

It was the most amazing hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was absolutely massive. The food was tasty and fresh.

The room was clean except for the toilet seat it looked like it was cleaned with a dirty cloth, it had some black marks which I just wiped with my detergent wet wipes.

I don’t mind coming again, the place is lovely.

User

Here at the moment with family in 2 rooms and Love it, had a small hiccup at check in ( totally my fault getting dates mixed up ) it was sorted out by Emma at the front desk and has been superb.

I have stopped here several times over the years under the previous management and I have to say Jurys have really tidyed the place up especially the Pool and Changing Rooms which my kids, 14,10 and 6 absolutely Loved.

Looking forward to stating again very soon.

Had a great weekend at the RMP re-union. All staff were polite, helpful, cheerful. Couldn’t have asked for better. Breakfast at a very high standard. Celebration meal extremely good. Would recommend this hotel for any type of function. Rooms at a very good standard, comfortable and clean. Thank you Jurys inn Hinckley hope to see you again soon.

User

Everything perfect except drinks prices are extortionate and one of my friends was overcharged 5 pounds for a glass of wine and although it was refunded there was no apology.

All in all it was a fabulous weekend

User

Brought a tour here, and the staff and service were amazing the food is out of this world. Rooms are spacious and are up to a very good standard. Well done to all at the Jury's inn Hinckley

User

We stay there on the 6th of July lovely hotel but we stayed on a ground floor room & you could only open the window so far & there was no fan or air conditioning in the room it was very uncomfortable in the room over night xx

User

Would have rated it higher but the early check in room wasn't ready on arrival, wouldn't have minded but had 2 tired children. When we got to the room there was no robes, towels or water. They were delivered when we called reception but there was no biscuits left (again not a problem if you don't have kids.looking for them). We were disapointed that the pool was fully booked, one of the reasons we chose this hotel luckily the local leisure centre isn't too far! However the room was lovely and comfortable, quiet and the breakfast was great. We would stay again but be prepared for not being able to use the pool

User

Went for a recent conference. The rooms were nice and spacious. They were also reasonably clean. However, I was left with only coffee, but no tea bags in my room! Luckily I brought my own!

The conference rooms had everything you needed.

The triumph bar looks amazing, but unfortunately, the bar staff were sadly lacking! They were friendly and cheerful, but clearly needed more training. They struggled to make a basic gin and tonic!

Wait staff were miserable.

The food served each evening was appalling and pretty much inedible. Over cooked, tasteless, and dry. I didn't drink the table wine, but judging by peoples faces as they drank it, it was pretty bad.

Breakfast was plentiful, but the toaster was set so low, it was merely warm bread when it came out.

On the whole, I did not have a very good experience here.

User

Attended a work's Christmas party here on Saturday night (9/12/17) with about 20 of my colleagues.

The party rooms are a good size, food was really nice, and was served in a timely fashion. A good amount of food too which was nice. However the waiting times at the bar were absolutely ridiculous! It was 20+ minutes each time, my friend waited 35 minutes on one occasion.

There were 2 bartenders on the bar in the party room, and 2 on another bar in the hotels main bar, and they just could not cope with the volume of people (there must have been 600+ people). Everyone was realising how long it was taking to get a drink and were ordering 3 or 4 at a time to avoid having to go back to the bar, which was only adding to the issue.

Secondly around 23:00 they started running out of a lot of drinks, it was easier to say "what do you have left" than actually order what you wanted. Surely the venue knew how many guests were attending, it was a prebooked event that we had had booked since the summer as i'd imagine a lot of companies had, so it's not like it was an unexpectedly busy night.

We did speak to a member of staff on the night about the issue and were told that 5 staff had called in sick that day, which is unfortunate but ultimately not our problem as paying customers who paid around £50 for a night of dancing and enjoyment which actually turned out to be quite frustrating as we spent probably very close to half of the evening in the bar queue missing out and unable to enjoy ourselves. This should have been the responsibility of the venue to find replacement/extra staff knowing how many guests they were expecting that evening.

Also we specifically rang last week and asked what time the disco finished so we could arrange a taxi home, and were told 1am, so we booked a taxi for 1:15am. It actually finished at 00:15 and we were told by a member of staff that there had been "some trouble" so they'd finished early, meaning we had a 45 minute wait in reception for our taxi home. We overheard some other guests saying that they thought they'd closed early because the bar couldn't cope which seemed more likely to us as no one from our group or anyone we spoke to had seen any "trouble". Definitely wouldn't book for a party again here
