Great session yesterday. What a battle we had with the kids. Great agility and speed from our medics and what a great team effort as a whole!

As half term approaches, there won’t be any clubs next week people. Clubs will resume on week beginning 29th Oct.
We do have a holiday club for the kids 9-2pm tues, wed and thur in southdene community centre if you want to book your kids on!

This is our second holiday club but first in southdene. The sessions were amazing. All kids learnt lots of new skills, developed themselves and as part of a team. This was done by creating a safe controlled environment with a family feel to it. Not to mention the fun the kids had throughout.
This club has been brought about a result of parents from the previous club asking for another one!

my son has just finished day 5 at this boot camp and his words to me in the morning was I feel very sad mummy when I asked why he said because it was his last day he has gained a lot of confidence and learnt so much in 5 days I've booked him on next course he can't wait xxx

Oliver has been going here at st Gabriel's school where he attends and he absolutely loves it. Commando joe (Tommy) is amazing with them all I don't no how he does it. Oliver always comes out telling me what they've been doing and says he can't wait to go back. Another 3 more days of him going to the summer club Oliver was a bit sad about that ha. But he is loving every minute. Thank you Tommy x

My kids have took part in many sports and activity clubs over the years, they’ve always got bored after a few sessions. We found this club by chance and my kids love it! They’re constantly exercising from start to finish without even realising it because they find the games so much fun! As an added bonus I can see the weight dropping off my son each week
