Myself and my husband had a lunchtime date at Karobar, we ordered a variety of different dishes and shared them!

The food was delicious, if you’ve been to India you will know this food is just as good as being there! The atmosphere within the venue was mellow, the music was traditional Indian music and the decor was perfect style for a street food venue!

I’d highly recommended it to anyone, even the staff were ever so polite and checked to make sure all was okay.

Loved the atmosphere, the food was delicious and very authentic - just the right amount too! And then the service from owner, PJ, we felt welcome and at home and thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back to try some of the other amazing menu choices.

Great Indian esque street food, loads of flavour and as a tarka dal lover, that’s a tarka dal to be proud of

Deliciously, authentic Indian food. We had starter of Okra, Onion Bhaji and the most perfectly cooked fish in crispy batter. Curries and paratha were completely YUM!

Authentic, hospitable and downright amazing. Okra fries and the papri chaat are worth a special mention!

Authentic food and a lovely vibe to the place, albeit the music was a bit loud for 5.30pm but turned down quickly when requested. The okra fries are to die for!

nice refurb and the manager very friendly. they were a little confused at first when asked about vegan options. it's a small plates concept but the tarka Dahl and curry dishes didn't work as tiny portion of curry and loads of rice. I would have preferred to just have the curry as the dish and ordered the rice separately. also i appreciate it's casual dinning but I didn't like the plastic plates on the table. proper plates that are not single use plastic should be used.

The staff where great and welcoming but the food was awful...the taste was sweet and soar all over not how an indian should be. for the price we paid we left hungry and had to eat out again. very disappointed after seeing all the adverts and the look of the place inside!!
