Kenect Recruitment were pleased once again to sponsor another great event, Aston Unity Cricket Club Community Fun day, helping bring people in the community together!
The day consisted of a great craft fair with community group stalls, wonderful live music to keep us all entertained, an intense but exciting 666 cricket match which involved 6 community groups playing cricket for 6 overs each with 6 players in their team, a raffle and charity auction raising a great total of £...1,430 for the 6 community groups, who were raising funds for HemiHelp, Poppyfields, Birmingham Children's Hospital, Tamworth Round Table, Tamworth & Lichfield Sea Cadets and Tamworth Wellbeing & Cancer Centre.
Kenect had the great privilege of supporting these wonderful charities and causes, and a great event, to be able to provide T-shirts for the cricket players, medals, raffle tickets and a bouncy castle for a fun and successful community fun day! We hope everyone that came had a wonderful time and Kenect are looking forward to supporting more great causes and bringing more communities together in the future!
