Really helpful, knowledgeable and patient staff. They take the time to find out what you have in your tank and help you get the best match for new fish. However busy the shop is they have always answered our questions about our tank in detail. They don’t try to up sell or sell you items you don’t need. I was also really impressed that I called to check the opening times and the shop was clearly busy and the member of staff told me the incorrect closing time by 30 minutes, he then called me back to correct himself, which I think is amazing customer service.

Love going in this shop, friendly and helpful staff, immaculate tanks and stock. Im just starting out on building a small reef tank and it's only down the road so it's very handy for me.

Love all the guys here, so good and they really know their stuff!

I have only just become aware of this shop and they are an awesome outlet for aquarium equipment and their fish all look very healthy and well looked after. They done me the kindness of rehoming an aggressive fish that I could no longer look after and I am very grateful for that. I will come to your shop in future for my aquarium needs and fish. Great place!

I can only agree with everyone else who has given these guys a 5 star review. We are setting up our first marine tank and they cannot have been more welcoming or more generous with their time and advice. Did my research on prices and have not come across anything cheaper. What more can you ask of your supplier. I won't be going anywhere else. Thanks guys.

I approached Kettering Aquatics about 6 months ago with the idea of building a large 8ft tank into a partition. They've been fantastic every step of the way through that journey, holding my hand and advising in areas I had no idea about through to installing the tank, aquascaping, stocking and then recently regular maintenance. It's a shame I cant add photos to the review because they would really speak for themselves. Great work Darren and team, keep it up, and thanks for your support over the period!

Found this gem of an aquatics shop today. WOW. All the fish looked healthy and well looked after. Having looked around all of the shop I can't fault it. It looks like they sell everything and if not they will get it. Guess where I will be shopping in future.

Fantastic shop with a very wide range of stock. Corals are plenty full with amazing colours. Frags and lovely colony's, great selection of fish in perfect condition. 100% Worth a visit I will visit again soon.

Brought the a brand new juwel Rio 125 today and wow what service I received, nothing was too much too ask. Buying from Kettering aquatics really gave me peace of mind over every aspect from the tanks it's self too the decoration too fill the tank!! They literally had everything. Cheers guys

Brilliant place, helpful, great advice on everything. They have helped me with custom sumps & tanks to complete setups, have gone there for years and will continue. Awesome assortment of healthy corals and fish always in stock with a large variety of essential food,media and equipment.. definitely worth the visit

Amazing shop! With very helpful staff with members that also keep tanks at home so will try and do everything to help you out. Very healthy livestock and amazing selection of corals. Well worth a visit!!

I personally will only purchase marine fish and equipment from these guys.

They also care 100% for the livestock that you purchase and they're not about making a quick buck.

Used to be a good place offering good service unfortunately I went in this week to find rude miserable looking female staff member who sold my friend fish that got eaten more or less straight away despite us asking several times if they would be OK with the fish she had which was stated to the member of staff then when I got mine home the blonde female member of staff obviously Cannot count as myself had 3 missing fish that I'd paid for and my friend also mentioned She was 1 short also very disappointing visit
