i started with mitch in june iv tried all the usual diets gym classes ect iv had 14 sessions 2 aweek i sruggled at first but felt better and leaner after the first session which sounds stupid but encouraged me 2 keep it up .iv now loss 16 lbs and at last mesure 10 " id recomend him 2 anyone young or old im 47 and love evey session and find the food advice intresting i eat better and never feel hungry .

great fun, went from 2 sessions a week to 3, really enjoyed it and helped me to keep motivated. Also kept a check on what I was eating :) made me laugh every session!!

The one thing I've got out of the personal training from this guy is that he will get every single bit out of me. From the day he started to now I've stayed with him and wouldn't go to anyone else. Talented personal trainer and 100 percent focused to his job !!

I've been training with Kickstart for 8 months, and during that time have gone from hating any form of exercise to enjoying every session and even changing my diet.



Mitch is great and knows how to get the most from his clients. He always expects 100% effort, but as long as you're giving you're all he's happy! Most importantly for me, he's not a sergeant major type PT (I really didn't want that) but he does manage to get me always putting the effort in - something I never did at the gym.



I've seen a huge improvement in my fitness, I'm more toned than I ever have been and most importantly I feel like my mind set towards health and fitness has changed. I would never go back to a gym membership now, Mitch has ensured I'm "on the wagon" and I aim to stay on it

I started training with Mitch roughly four months a go. I contacted Mitch after searching for trainers on Facebook. I was really nervous as Mitch was a complete stranger to me. I thought I would try it and see what it involved. It is one of the best random things I have done. The sessions are different every time,he pushes you to achieve your goals at a pace that is best for you. I really enjoy the sessions outdoors even though at the time I am like what! I feel great afterwards. I can notice the change in my body, confidence and fitness level. Mitch is supportive, professional and encouraging at all times. I was surprised how reasonably priced Mitch is after my gym wanted to charge me double! Worth every penny. Would recommend to anyone wanting to achieve their goals. One my colleagues has now started training with Mitch after my recommendation. Would recommend anyone!

I saw a FB post on a spotted group regarding personal training. I had been struggling with my weight so decided to reply. I was apprehensive about seeing Mitch but it's one of the best things I've ever done. After my first session I knew I needed more so I started training with Mitch 3 times a week. I really enjoyed it. I had a bridesmaid dress to fit in to - which I managed in just 3 weeks!



Mitch is very supportive and encourages you to ensure those goals are reached even when you're feeling low.

I joined kickstart at the beginning of the year after a friend recommended him. From my first session Mitch listened to what I wanted to achieve then gave me advice on meal ideas, ways to change certain eating habits and also knowledge on how my body works. I have two sessions a week and I am pushed to my limits everytime!!! No two sessions have ever been the same and I always look forward to what he has lined up. There's no better feeling at the end that you've tried your best and he definitely makes you feel like you have. I hate reviewing stuff but this is one of the things I am happy to do. I was absolutely terrified of doing any exercise being a size 22 and asthmatic. But mitch puts you well and truly at ease! And I was like a whale swimming through custard When I started. He Has a knack of knowing just how far to push you without you dying!!! (It feels like I might die) would recommend him to anyone wanting to lose the weight and getting fitter. So for the price of a take away or manicure I am putting years on my life. Definatly inspires you and he gets a little bit excited when you are doing well! And his little gym is fab! Thanks mitch.

Great training...keeps you motivated and positive without any aggression like some pt's do. Good variety of sessions so you never get bored...fab advice on nutrition and great knowledge about choosing the right excersize for you to achieve your goals.... Before I started training with Mitch, I never went to the gym or excercised! I needed some motivation and thought a personal trainer would help.. it definitely does! I go twice a week at the moment and would go more if I had the time. I can't believe the different exercises I can do and weights I can use that I couldn't when I first started. Every session is different and he always sets you different challenges and targets which makes it more fun! The pain the day after a session isn't always fun haha but it's all worth it!
