Rise & Shine Superstars...
Are you ready to take part in the Wake Up' Shake Up routine, along with Coach Shelley?
In the sheer happiness of finding out 'Trolls World Tour' will be hitting our TV screens, instead of the cinemas.... Coach Shelley has chosen music from 'The Trolls' movie soundtrack, to get you all super happy and energised for the day ahead!
... There's both the Wake Up' Shake Up' routine to enjoy and a few 'Troll' themed stretches to cool down with at the end.
Let us know how your superstars (And grown ups) do in the comments below. We would love to see any photos and videos of your own fun sessions.
And remember....
Trolls World Tour will be available for families to enjoy on Sky Store, iTunes, Amazon Prime Video and few other UK streaming platforms from April 6th. So keep your eyes peeled for that one.

We are so grateful for all of the fantastic feedback we have received from all of our families and seeing our Kixx superstars enjoying the session at home, it means the world to us 🙌⚽️

We have had over 10,000 views of our video and now we have a challenge for our grownups 💪
... Our goal at Kixx is simple: to positively impact a child’s life at every opportunity.
So the challenge to our parents is to share this to all your friends and family who may have children that would enjoy the session like our Kixx superstars have! At uncertain times like these, we are all in it together.
Please share the video, share the fun....and together, lets postitively impact as many children as possible.

Are you ready for some AMAZING Kixx fun?
It's time for you to take part in our first online Kixx session and we ARE SO EXCITED for you to hit that play button.
Grown ups: you can pause the session at anytime or go back if you missed anything. Don't worry, Coach Sam will explain everything you need to do in the video as the session progresses.
... Most of all....we just want you all to have a fantastic time watching the session and taking part in the activities.
You can also go back and complete the sessions or any part of the session as many times as you like at home.
The activities get a little more difficult as the session progresses and would be aimed at our 3-5 year olds. However, the experience and activities of the entire session, can be enjoyed by the whole family together.

This basically means the Kixx session will be AVAILABLE for you and your loved ones to enjoy and take part in.....from 9.00am.

All of our coaching team have been at home setting a variety of challenges for all our Superstars to be posted over the coming weeks.
Aswell as our challenges, we have our first interactive Kixx session commencing Saturday morning 9am! Pencil it in the diary! 😃⚽️

Before the Coronavirus lock down kicked in our Coaches had a go at the Tennis ball kick up Challenge! 🎾
We are going to tweek this competition now so it’s available to all our Kixx Family. Adults and children! We want you all to take on our coaches!
🎾 Adults must use a tennis ball or something similar. 😄
... 🎾⚽️ Children can opt for a tennis ball or a football and the ball may have 1 bounce in between. 😃
🎾⚽️ For our youngest Kixx superstars we want you to use any ball and see how many throw catches you can do without dropping it! 😁
