Slept in today, booked a taxi at 8am from Holiday Inn Express, arrived at 8.18am, thank you so much!!

I have worked for Klm for a short time over Christmas last year, such a lovely family business with a lovely bunch of workers that are equally treated as family and as for the business they are very fast and very polite

Turned up on time but the taxi was absolutely filthy. Stains on the seats and dog hair everywhere. In a business suit I wasn't at all impressed. Felt grubby before I even got into the office. Will not use for work again

first time I used this company for around 5/6years, driver went 'around and about' from pickup to dropoff and when questioned the fare suddenly became free. I made hime stop at the end of my road to prevent him seeing where I live but he stayed parked near me til I told the main office to call him away or I call the police...... If that's not dodgy I don't know what is..... Won't EVER make the same mistake of using this company again...... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When i book a taxi for 12pm after ordering food i dont expect to be told 30 minutes after it should have arrived that they got sent to the wrong place! I was then told i had to wait a further 10-15 minutes till it arrives. 12.45 i finally get a taxi. Cold food isnt something i enjoy eating! Not using this service again!!! ���

So I was in Kettering visiting my son, got a taxi with Premier taxis from Travelodge to Kettering town centre Sunday morning it cost £12, got a taxi back Sunday evening with KLM from their base and the driver (claiming it was his first day) charged me £20, considering he kept playing with the meter! Trying to rip off tourist, it wasn't my first time in Kettering and it won't be my last but trust me, I will never use KLM again!

Service was disgraceful last night! Office workers were rude and antagonising, also lacking any kind of manners!

This is why we try not to use KLM!

Once again a driver parked outside of Park School on Wood Street White Zig Zags @ 3.15pm, FV13 XLO, 60. Photos on fix my street and twitter if you want to see the shear idiocity of the driver!

Not even worthy of a 1 star ! Booked 2 taxis for 10 people to get to a venue at a certain time for a very big birthday party !

One taxi arrives ....15 minutes late and also tries to take us the longest way possible !!!...the 2nd taxi had not been organised .....this then arrived 10minutes later splitting up our party ...upon paying we were told how much it would be , passed over the money and the taxi driver took over this amount from sitting stationary !!! Drove off and nearly drove over my friends foot !!! he got very aggressive to us 2 ladies and ruined the start of the night ahead....never EVER will we use you again . I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this situation too!!!!

Must be the worst taxi service in Kettering !!! Rude driver asking for money up front from an 83yr old gent .......would never book these again !!!! Kettering to Wellingborough £20 .........

I was disgusted that my friend used these because her husband in wheelchair and they didn't no how to get him in they hurt is ankle after 3attemps

I have been unhappy with KLM taxi prices for a long time, but Saturday night took the biscuit! I needed a taxi for 4 people from Oundle to Kettering. When my friend rang KLM he was told it would be £45 EACH WAY!!!!! KLM's reason was that they had no one to take to Oundle when coming to pick us up. I rang a Wellingborough company who were fantastic, they charged us £30 for the whole trip, let me tell you they got a big tip as they didn't try and rip us off unlike KLM taxis. KLM stop ripping people off!

Hate this crap company!!!! Would never use them again!!

Disgusting service, taxi drivers always nice but that control room needs sorting out! Called at 9:55 for a taxi asked to walk to base, I said no please send to me as I was a woman on my own and didn't want to sit isolated, just said taxi will call you in 15-20 mins, I stood outside earl and watched 3 taxis go back to base � and not one sent too me until I called again 25 mins later! Absolutely disgusting service and I won't be using again �

Bunch of scam artists. Guy on the phone told me he wanted £15 for a 1.7 mile journey or I could "risk" the meter. Well I did risk it and it cost me £7. If I could advise anyone it would be to avoid KLM as much as possible
