Kool Kids will be closed on Sunday 18th October 2015 for Exclusive Party use between 11am - 1pm and 4pm - 6pm.

love this place. and love the new outdoor area. recommend for a nice quite place to let your children play. my boy loves it

We had an exclusive hire party here yesterday for our daughter’s joint party. Very reasonably priced, great facilities and food, staff were fab too as always!

That's our favourite play center. They served nice and cheap food. Have huge play area with bounty castle. :)

Great place where children can play

Visited early morning mid week. Not been for years. However it seemed to have had a little more tlc taken on it. It was the cleanest ive ever seen it. And friendly staff. Just need maybe a colouring/crafts type area to replace the dead snooker table which seems very out of place amd smells of stale smoke.

The best out of all the soft plays we've been too. Always smells clean an fresh when you walk in

We were made to feel very welcome, and looked after very well.

Pretty good, quite different to other soft plays. Think they could improve and update it very easily. only one person working and serving. Think a lot of people went in without paying!! (not us!) food cheap and the kids loved it! Adults to i think! 😉

Large soft play area with a nice young girl working. There is only normally 1 member of staff but I watch my son as he plays so I know he's safe.

He loves all 3 slides, the ball pit and the bouncy castle.

Ample parking. Great place to attend with children under school age on a Monday to Friday.

Boys love it here really enjoy themselfs

I put a 3* as it being ok only because my daughter seems to enjoy the place, but me personally is very put off attending again.The place does need a few things doing to improve its appearance also the man who actually owns the place is very rude! He will come up to you and rush you out if your a minute over your time! This makes it feel very awkward as if your being watched! If it was owned by different people I'd attend but won't be attending while he owns it!

it was so dirty couldnt let my kids play and i have had to report it after notifying them and them overlooking my complaint

The worst play area I have ever been to!

Unclean, Ceiling looks like it's about to fall through, Staff don't know what is going on and don't care! Absolutely shocking! Definitely stay away from this play area!

Not recommend for birthday parties !! Staff + managment ignor high egg allergy ! Poor service ! No plates , spoons ! Never again !

Disappointed with them try to charge for baby to sit in balls
