Great service have had a issue with a button coming away from my snuggle chair , rang in the morning and a professional member of staff came straight out that very night , to assure me that it will be fixed asap , cannot recommend lees enough , knowing I'm buying a quality product with superb after care , thankyou lees

After having a bad experience with our previous sofas from the buying experience to the after care to the actual product being shoddy, myself and my partner came to Lees on the off chance there might be something we could afford and I have to say we were both pleasantly surprised by the prices!! It made me feel stupid that we didn’t just come here in the first place! Tim Savage spoke with us in great depth on our first visit about our different options and styles etc after the bad experience we had previously we wanted to be 100% that we picked the right style for us so we took a brochure that Tim printed for us and Tim’s business card so we could get back in touch, after a long think at home for a couple of days we went back into store to sit on them again and try to decide which sizes etc we wanted again we left the store without ordering, after thinking far too much we called Tim and placed the order over the phone and paid our deposit, Tim sent all of our paper work first class through the post and we was expecting to get the sofas around March time .... fast forward to now and they was delivered yesterday! The delivery men brought everything into the house and set everything up. We did not have to lift a finger! And I am in absolute awe of our new furniture! It is beautiful, comfortable and brilliant quality!



We definitely wasn’t the easiest customers with our terrible decision making but Tim had so much patience with us and nothing was ever too much trouble, I will never shop anywhere else for furniture again! Thank you Lees!
