Excellent taxi service, the new call back system is spot on, the driver this morning was excellent with great navigation skills and got me to my appointment in time in heavy traffic,I highly recommend you give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Great customer service skills until myself my colleague and two others got in the car and the driver drove off whilst my colleague was still getting in the car and didn't even realise and when we told him he just laughed and didn't appologise

Booked a taxi to and from the motor point arena, taxi there was fine, but when it came to being picked up at 10:45, the first taxi I had booked drove off with someone else in the car, the same thing happened with the next taxi they sent, and it was 11:25 by the time we finally got into a taxi! It was a freezing night and I had my elderly grandparents with me, safe to say I won't be using them again! The only good thing, was the people on the end of the phone were very helpful and apologetic.

I won't ever use this firm again.... I was struggling in the wind with heavy bags. I asked the driver to put them in the boot. He never even got out of the car. He said load them in the back seat. As a 59 year old lady with breathing difficulties I needed help. He just laughed at me. He then on the way home spoke on his phone with his ear piece in all the way. When I asked him to stop he never heard me. When he did stop it ment I was way down the road from my home. I got out and had to ask a stranger to help me home with my bags. The driver was rude. I caught this taxi at Aldi in town. To travel to westbridgford never ever again........

First they kept ending the call. Once we got through & finally booked a cab we saw someone else jump in our cab. The driver didn’t even wait 1 minuet, just picked up the first person.
