Due to severe illness of a family member Lesley’s will open at 9am on Saturday 5/1/19. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Back to normal from then on.

A visit from Chellastons best friend this morning. Great to see Phil Ingall thoroughly enjoying his Lesley’s Breakfast! Like Phil said “the healthy option”. Did you know, we serve a 95% pork, gluten free sausage, we bake our bacon, sausage & mushrooms in the oven & you can have your eggs however you like. As healthy a breakfast you can get & we say the tastiest & best in Derby! Come & see what you think!

Absolutely buzzing after another amazing night at Lesley’s. Some new faces from Chellaston bowls club, (crown green, so proper bowlers)! Lol An impromptu drop in from a couple of lovely ladies who “smelt the cooking” when walking past on their way to the Lawns & decided to turn round & try us out. It was a pleasure to meet you both & we’re so glad you had a great meal & enjoyed the ambience! We also had a visit from our friends from Gibraltar who arrived with a beautiful wedding gift of hand blown wine glasses (in which we will enjoy a number of Sangrias). Thank you all so much. It was a pleasure to see you & I hope we can get together on Thursday too!

Tapas Tonight we have a table of 2-4 available at 7-7.30 & we can accommodate a larger table 4-6 at 7.30-8 or two x2. If you’re going out anyway try somewhere new. Come to Lesley’s!

You get the best breakfast in The Derby area - and I've tried them all- but I keep coming back to this one because it's the best!!

What a lovely tapas meal . The atmosphere was great, menu selection was extensive and could have chosen everything listed.

The homemade nachos were the best I’ve ever had and my husband thought the homemade sangria was awesome.

We were waited on exceptionally well and Lesley and David are lovely. Price was great too.

We loved it and would recommend and will definitely return for more.

We to the soft opening, the food was Awesome, the staff very friendly and speed of service spot on... Good Luck to you all for the future! �

We popped in for a breakfast after dropping lily off at play group. Food was great and staff very welcoming.

Tried for the first time last night, and I can safely say we will be back. Food, drink and service was absolutely amazing. Fab concept and just what Chellaston needs, a real gem right in the middle of the village. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Really enjoyed my full english breakfast....the egg was cooked perfect and the service was great. Nice and friendly owners. Will be returning very soon.

My husband and I call

often for coffee and find the staff most obliging and helpful. The men off construction site around are there and they would not be there if the food and service was not good. Keep up the good work thanks!!!'

My Son and I popped in this morning between Jobs as we were a tad peckish.

I had driven past this cafe many times in the past but never taken the opportunity to check it out. Well we weren't dissapionted, initially we planned on just having a coffee and a bacon cob as we were on a tight schedule but on entry were tempted to the full english (large) with coffee/tea and toast. No sooner had we sat down and removed our jackets our drinks were served, only minutes later our toast and within another few minutes our breakfast. Everything was served in a friendly and professional manner. Being self employed I know how important it is to provide a quality product and to make customer satisfaction paramount. I applaude you and your staff on your friendly and proffesional service. You will definately see us again and we will certainly reccommend you to all our family and friends. Keep up the great work! :)

Me and my husband phil went for tapas with a group of friends last night to celebrate his birthday and a wedding anniversary the staff were fantastic and the food amazing thank you for a lovely night

Just want to say thank u for being so accommodating, not only can I continue on my slimming world journey, I'm smashing it, but still enjoying a good cooked breakfast #bringingmyownhealthyextras

In my opinion this cafe is the best in Derby. This establishment puts a key ingredient into their food that most others don't, and that is pride. This pride manifests itself in the presentation of the food, the courtesy of the staff and of course the quality of the food. Their cappuccino's taste just like the ones you get on the continent and not like the substandard stuff you get at some mainstream outlets. Try, you won't be disappointed. Mr Mellor

I would definately recommend the tapas nights here! We had a great night, great food, good portions at reasonable prices. Plus great service. And sangria ��

I visited the café today as a member of Pedal Pals cycling group. A friendly welcome and a splendid selection of mouth watering food to tempt me. I settled in the end for a delicious bowl of 'special' porridge. Berries, avocado and honey adorned the porridge, a combination I had never had before. It was fantastic and turned a plain dish of porridge into a delight for the eyes and taste buds. This café is a jewel in the crown for Chellaston and thoroughly deserves all the praise I heap upon it.

Great cafe, the staff welcome you with a smile and the atmosphere is great too. Food is excellent. It must be good as they have a constant flow of customers. I'll be visiting again soon.

Best bacon and egg cob I've had in a very long time. Very fresh cob, thick, good quality bacon and a runny egg. Coffee was good too. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely use again and glad I just happened to drive past whilst feeling peckish.
