This test is the best thing I have ever done for my health, it's changed my life!



Who knew wheat and Papaya were causing me so many symptoms, along with shrimp, kelp, durum wheat, asparagus, mozzarella, goats & sheep's milk, cream and mustard!



I cut everything out and within days my problems started disappearing and now 2 weeks along;

I am not tired all the time (I used to have to have a nap of 1 to 2 hours during the day),

I have normal motions (22 years of constant diarrhoea),

my skin is soft with no bumps, spots are disappearing, puffiness has gone,

cuts at the side of my mouth (which I've had for 2 years) are healing,

my stomach has gone right down where I can actually press my stomach in (22 years of being distended, hard and people asking if i'm pregnant) and I'm not having stomach pain and cramps,

AND, if that's not enough, my major problem was psoriasis which has cleared up on the body and has died down on my scalp which was completely covered and causing me to lose my hair!!!



So you can see, this is the best progress I've ever had! Being ill for most of my life was something I just accepted and that Doctors just never picked up or tested for intolerances. You deserve to know, I'm so glad I took this step, thank you!

This little test is awesome. I’ve always suffered with occasional bloating and general discomfort when eating certain foods....so thought it was about time I figured out what actually caused it. I ordered my test online in a matter of minutes, quick & easy to understand! It arrived promptly & when I opened the box the instructions where simple to follow. The test itself involved a small prick to the finger (make sure to get your blood pumping first....I found the thumb quite good to prick as getting the blood out was easier) into the tube & that’s it....off it goes! Results came back quickly & are easy to follow online. Would recommend highly!

Now looking forward to eliminating them from my diet and seeing what differences I discover.

I've always found I often feel quite tired throughout the day and had always wondered if perhaps I had an intolerance to something I was eating. When I found out about Lifelab testing I thought this was the perfect chance to see if my suspicions were right.



I ordered the Complete Intolerance test online through their easy to follow website, which gave me clear instructions on which test would be most suitable for what I was after. Once ordered it seemed to arrive with me in no time at all.



The instructions for the blood test were really clear and easy to follow. Everything you needed was all provided in the box, including the pre-paid envelope to send your sample back in.



After I had sent the sample back my results came back much quicker than expected. I ended up being intolerant to quite a few foods I eat on a regular basis, so as advised I am currently limiting them from my diet to see if I feel the difference.



Overall I thought the test was great and a really good way to look over a large number of food groups that are potentially causing me some issues.

I found this company very easy to communicate with and the whole process was super quick from start to finish. The pack arrived with very clear instructions, pre-paid P&P to send it back, then my results arrived within 1 week! The report is laid out in an easy to follow format and gave me more specific information than I had previously to be able to alter my diet and avoid foods that I have an intolerance to. The customer service was outstanding, got a phone call from the nutritionist this morning and she was very helpful in explaining how the tests and allergies and intolerances work. Then had a phone call from Emma who was also very helpful and both have lovely phone manners. I would recommend this company :)

Great tests to take. It’s good to know what foods I need to avoid to help keep my energy levels up. I was really surprised by the results and excited to see what difference a new diet will give me!

All my life I have been told I was allergic to all types of nuts and seafood and I just believed it. Possibly I was back then but I wanted some updated results. Being rather impatient I couldn’t be bothered with the long waiting times to be seen in a hospital so looked online for what was available and legitimate.

Lifelabs had outstanding reviews and for the price they were charging (especially with a %25 off deal atm) i felt I had to give them a go just to please my own curiosity.

The service for this company is first class with updates of the process every step of the way, quick delivery and free first class return of the blood sample. The test itself was easy to carry out at home. They had received the blood tests the next day and within another 24 hours I had received the results.

I am in fact not allergic to shellfish and no reaction to almonds also, also found out I am allergic to apples which explains why I sometimes feel my mouth being itchy when I eat them...

If anyone is in doubt or is curious to know if they are actually allergic to something or possibly have an intolerance to some food types then definitely get a test and find out for sure.
