New and exciting venture coming soon! keep your eyes on this page for an update shortly.
Forget flip-flops Don’t be tempted to wear flip-flops or flimsy sandals all through the summer. They don’t provide support for your feet and can give you arch and heel pain if you wear them for too long.
2. Go barefoot Go barefoot or wear open-toed sandals whenever you can in the hot weather except when you’re in a communal shower or changing area, this helps stop your feet getting sweaty and smelly. Not recommended if you're diabetic though.
Summer feet tips day 1
Use proper nail clippers and cut straight across – not too short, and not down at the corners, as this can lead to ingrown nails. File them, if that’s easier.
Getting really busy now - no appointments available until next week, unless I have cancellations.
Not sure if anyone's interested but Superdrug are selling 175ml CCS cream (10% urea) with a third off (and free postage if you have a loyalty card) so only £3.32 each👣
Back from my hols now and ready to tackle more feet (mine included) I have some availability next week, just send me a message or give me a call for me to sort out those troublesome trotters :-D
Lifelong footcare will be closed from Friday 19th August 2016 and will re open on Monday 5th September. If you need footcare before then please contact me.
I use this on a daily basis - go on - give it a try for summer x You won't regret it x
