Julia Canar is a great PT. Highly recommend.

I love going to this gym, there is plenty of machines, weights and space to do any workout. No one stares at you like you shouldn't be there either, everyone just gets on doing their own thing. For me there is nothing to complain about.

Gr8 PT session with graham, as allways, learnt so much and a new program to help towards my target!!!

Amy is brilliant! Really pushes me to do more than I think I can do!!

Cheap equipment that is often broken, takes ages for things to be repaired. Lifted a medicine ball over my head and it must have had a split in it, all the sand went in my eyes.



Cafe is practically in the gym which makes you feel nauseous when trying to work out because of the smell.



Not a very good staff presence and not 'greeted' when you walk in. The entrance is also badly designed and keeps breaking.



Peak times are heaving in here. Music is irritating and appalling. Think early days early lady ga ga. Was informed by Lyndsey that in January the gym would be 24hrs, I stand corrected if this happened but to my knowledge it hasn't.



Badly designed and thought out in terms of where the equipment is placed and certain areas become really crowded.



Little to no interaction between staff and the gym goers....



Would never return.
