We use Lindleys all the time for our personal and business vehicles. They have always been the cheapest with the best customer care and always go out of their way to help!

I have 2 little girls who I often have to take with me. They open the door for the pushchair and make our visit so easy by helping entertain the children whilst waiting. Ria was amazing!

Well done Lindleys and keep up the good work!

We have used Lindleys Autocentre in Arnold twice now & will definitely be using them again in future. It was easy to book online & the service was excellent, the staff are pleasant & very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The prices are very competitive. We have recently visited Lindleys at Basford for a service and MoT. At all times we were dealt with in a friendly manner by Dan, Martin and other staff. Everything was explained to us clearly and at no point were we patronized - has happened in other garages because we are women!! The whole experience was professional, prices excellent and the quality of work outstanding. Thank you. will definitely be using them again.

Took my car in for its MOT and can't fault the service. The guys were really friendly. I called five minutes before closing to let them know I was on my way to collect after being held up at work and they weren't at all put out.



Absolutely no problems and wouldn't hesitate to go back next year/ recommend.

Taken in account my car is sorn & tuned up & lowered, they had the tools that was needed to give it a full mot they even picked the car up & brought it back to me.

Will deffenatly be bringing it back to them.

My exhaust fell off on the m1 yesterday evening. Rang Lindleys Arnold first thing this morning and they told me to bring it in so they can have a look. They were very busy today so said they may not get a look at it until tomorrow, that was completely fine with me. I got a call around 3pm with a quote and they said it'll be done to collect today! I was so happy!! The quote was extremely competitive, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I look forward to seeing them again in November when my MOT is due. Thanks again Arnold branch!!

I've been going to the Arnold Branch for years, and would never go anywhere else. I literally know nothing about cars, and being a woman it would be very easy to take advantage of this. But not this garage, they talk to me in plain english, and even though I only use them a few times a year they remember me. Talking to them is like your chatting with friends. Your really well looked after, and your always greeted with a smile. No grumpy mechanics here! This time around I had my baby with me, they carried the car seat out to my car for me. Also they pulled the car out so it was easier for me to get his seat in the back. If you need a garage that you can trust and feel confident that they will look after you, then these guys are for you. Never known a more friendly and welcoming garage, would highly recommend them...

I have used Lindleys for a very long time, I always take my both mine and my partners car to one of their branches. I have never had a bad experience and always get a top rate service. It is hard to find a car garage that you can trust to give you an honest opinion and a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Found a little gem! Managed to squeeze me in at short notice, really friendly and very informative staff, was offered a coffee whilst waiting straight away and they even put the kids channels on for my little boy- it's the little extra bits that go a long way! Very reasonable prices too, fully reccomend! Thank you!

First time I have used Lindleys. (the new West bridgford branch) They are brilliant, Dawn on reception is fantastic. I was worried about how much the work I needed doing would cost and she went out of her way to help me. I will definitely use these guys again for any work and my MOT's All the mechanics I met were so nice and helpful. I took my car in today for some minor repairs and it didnt cost anywhere near as much as I first thought. Thank you ☺

Excellent service was concerned as booked 4 new tyres to be fitted at Arnold branch and as the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true then it probably is. But not so in this case, the order and time slot I did simply online and even questioned what the "hidden" costs were going to be, was pleasantly surprised when there were none, staff friendly and helpful, prices unbeatable would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using them again in future

DPF problems - Speak to Ed or Holly @ Lindley's Nottingham



I cannot rate the service my Son & I received yesterday when visiting the Nottingham City Centre facility run by Ed to resolve an issue with a blocked DPF on a Vauxhall Corsa, highly enough.

I am pleased to say & true to the promise Ed gave me when I booked the car in, the Terra Clean cleaning system together with the prompt replacement of a failed part, not only resolved the problem but they achieved it at a cost far lower than anyone else had quoted me.

My son & I were kept fully informed every step of the way & I wish to mention two others, Richard, the Technician & Holly on Service Reception for making what was my first experience of Lindleys an enlightening & enjoyable one.

To anyone out there with DPF problems, by all means speak to your main dealer to see if it is covered under warranty, but if not, as in Vauxhall's case, speak to Ed or Holly & get you car booked in @ the Nottingham City Centre facility.

As car owners, we all know that finding a good garage is very difficult. Had an issue with the coolant levels initially diagnosed as a new pump at a cost of approx. £400. Was advised to take it to Lindleys at Traffic St. Nottingham who diagnosed and fixed the issue which cost £90.

I've been back a couple of times and found them to be a professional and knowledgeable group who will give you the best price on parts and do a fantastic job.

After being told by another garage that my car was burning oil due to valve stem seals being shot *gulp* i used my limited mechanical knowledge to diagnose was actually the oil seperator, spoke to dan at church street priced up the part much cheaper than elsewhere work was done quickly and to high standard. 1 full tank of vpower and a bottle of redex later (oil vapour causing 02 sensor fault) engine lights off cars purring will be bringing other cars in from now cheers

****EDIT: I left the below bad review giving the company 1 star after multiple issues. To update I got an immediate response from them trying to put things right. They claim the radiator was a genuine mistake and have apologised. They have explained air con checks are not 100% and they offered to fix this for free for me which they have done with an efficient service and a promise to follow up should I get any other problems with it free of charge.

I can't knock their willingness to want to put things right after my bad review. They offered further offers of support but I did decline given my history with the company still causes me to feel uneasy but i want to thank them for their follow up customer service.*****



I noticed that my coolant level was dropping and wet patches on the floor suggesting I had a leak somewhere. I took it to lindleys on Tuesday 30th August for them to diagnose where the leak was. They told me they would take a look at it and then give me a ring. A couple of hours later I got a phone call saying that there was leak in the actual radiator and I would need a new radiator. They quoted me just under £250 for a radiator and coolant. This seemed like a lot to me so I rang around and found I could get cheaper quotes. I therefore took it to an independent garage 2 days later (today) who told me the radiator was in good condition with no damage at all to the radiator. The problem was the piping at the bottom left of the radiator was slightly loose and just needed a more secure jubilee clip to keep the pipe on more securely. This was a free job.

I have also had issues with my air con. 3 months after I got a air con service and they told me there was no leak and just needed gassing it failed again.

After using them last year for mot. I trusted them to give me an accurate account of what was what with my car. They said it failed cause the cat at the front had a whole they would try to fix it but couldn't promise. They phoned back said they had managed to fix it but it was gonna be £170 which was a lot better than the 400 it would have been if they had put a new one in. Came away quite happy. Exhaust started blowing again a month later so we knew it needed a new one. Had to save. In the mean time took my sons learner car in to Basford for mot. Only 1000 miles since last one and serviced regularly. Basford failed this for excessive wear on wish bone bush both sides. Quoted 300 ish. I was stunned as the guy said I should feel it when driving I drive multiple vehicles and no I didn't. So feeling a little bewildered decided to get a second opinion. Same day. Very slight wear on bushes not noticeable but a spring had broken near there asked if it could have been done whilst the last mot had taken place, but they didn't want to say. Then to top matters off we took our car with blowing exhaust to be replaced only to find out it was front pipe not cat blowing but Lindleys at the last mot had welded the whole exhaust together so everything needed to be changed the garage was completely baffled as to why on earth this was done. And yes we saw this with our one eyes and guess what everything was replaced for less than 300 So take my advice yes they are friendly but honest not a chance. So avoid these like the plague......

After spending in excess of 3500 pounds I expected a bit more than a crashed front vendor parts left of the engine , oil leaks screws & washers left I the ash tray

More than one instance of the engine completely losing its oil in one go , then being told oh the engine was knackered any way we'll it is now,

Lindley was recommended by friends in the taxi business and by the reviews on line was told costs a bit more but a great service ,all of the work I have done previously at other garages was warranty work & good no screws missing not crashed everything complete ,Lindley keep saying to me the email engine was old 200,000 but sorry you screwed up the engine was fine and not the original you screwed up and now your body swerving , I was told you were the mutts nuts
