Used this garage for the first time rather than main dealer and can not fault them had mot done ,got a phone call to tell me a tyre had failed which I thought would with prices for several different types and they fitted and texted me when ready,very pleasant receptionist and mechanics and coffee,tea machine while you wait will deffo use again

Have just received my car back from Lindleys West Bridgford after its mot and can not fault the service I have received. As a female on her own I dread takin my car to any garage for anything due to being ripped off in the past and feelin quite intimidated within a garage atmosphere. I can not praise these guys enough. I was greeted warmly and professionally by all members of the team and made to feel secure that I wouldn't be ripped off again. I have been kept informed through out the process knowing exactly what was happening and when my car would be ready. I can not recommend Dawn, Marchin and their team enough. Thank you all for the fab customer service will definitely​ be using u again and recommending your branch to family and friends :)

Excellent service received today from booking to tyres being fitted. Rang at 10am this morning and tyres had been fitted at our home by 4.45pm the same day. Highly recommended. Will back for more tyres soon
