Little Herbert Shoe Shop

What an amazing shop and wonderful service. My daughter has wide feet and it's been a struggle to get shoes to fit her, but not here. Knowledge, expertise and reassurance is brilliant and she came away with two gorgeous pairs of shoes that fit her perfectly, plus a beautiful locally knitted bobble hat. Great for gifts too. I'm so happy I found this place, thank you!!

Took my 4 little ones in for shoes today. Excellent service, great communication with the kids, fantastic shoes. More than worth the drive all the way from Nottingham. So relieved to finally have found a decent shoeshop after enduring the hell that was Clarks. Never going elsewhere!

The shop was very busy the day we went in (a Saturday) but we didn't have to wait any longer than we might have done at a large chain. Howver the service was so much better. I felt like we were being looked after by somebody who knows feet rather than somebody trained to sell shoes. Very happy with the shoes, boots, and slippers we bought for my youngest two girls. I can't believe we've not used you before.

My 22 mth granddaughter loved being in little Herbert's shoe shop. She was mostly interested in the toys on offer.

Amy showed a real empathy with little people and was very mindful of not causing my granddaughter stress. The boots are perfect and well fitted. You can see how easily she moves in them. My daughter loved the shoes too. She's had many mothers complementing them. I must say Edi does rock them.

I shop here all the time and I love it.

The styles are always beautiful and functional and Amy always ensures that my children's feet are properly measure so I can feel happy sending my daughter off to preschool knowing that her shoes won't rub.

I just bought my baby's first shoes here and they are so adorable! I find it hard to find shoes I like from the main stream brands and I like my girls to have something a little different in style without compromising on fit and function so little Herbert's is perfect.

I came across the website for Little Herbert as they stock the make of shoe I wanted for my little girl. I do not live near to the shop however Amy provided excellent service over email and helped me sizing my daughters feet correctly... the shoes came quickly and they are perfect! Excellent service and would definitely recommend - thank you Amy x

I am truly in love! I'm never going to Clarks again! jo was brill and my Lil girl had a blast. I love the range of shoes available and how they actually go with my Lil ones clothes and they haven't got "rabbits" on them! Truly in love thank you ever so much Maisy loves her flip flops (sandals) as she calls them

Had a very positive experience in the shop today, the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. They took time and care over the fitting to make sure the shoes were right for us. My daughter was thrilled with her new shoes, I am also really pleased with them.

Great service, great selection of quality footwear, great fitting & advice!! We won't go anywhere else and my daughter can't walk by the shop without going in would highly recommend.

Came in today for the first time to get school shoes for my 2 children. The whole process was so simple, from getting them measured to all the advice on shoes that fit them appropriately. We were in and out within 45 minutes, despite the shop being busy and felt like we’d been really well looked after! The kids and I are over the moon with their lovely new school shoes. We will definitely be back �

Brilliant selection of shoes, knowledgeable and friendly staff, great with the kids - they loved playing with the toys whilst they waited! So happy with our first purchases - we will definitely be back!

Best shopping experience ever for the second time. Honestly a pleasure to go there, rather than the stressful. Nightmare associate with child shoe shopping. Children are proud of their shoes, which are as comfy and awesome as the last pairs. Can't think of a better shop.

Amy is lovely and takes her time measuring and fitting shoes correctly. My daughter has never tripped in her shoes (and fell over all the time in Clarks) The boots and shoes are quirky and just gorgeous! Highly recommend x

Although there’s often a little wait to get measured, it’s totally worth it. I’ve been here regularly with my two little ones and I’m not sure I’d trust anyone else now. Every time we visit we’re given time, advice and always leave with beautiful, well made, well fitting shoes. Highly recommend.
