Little School Of Motoring

As of tonight, following Government advice, the Little School of Motoring is closed for Business until further notice. It is currently unnecessary to be in such close proximity with others, such as a driver/passenger at this moment in time.
We are being advised to keep 2m apart from anyone at anytime and this is just impossible within a car and we need to keep you and ourselves safe.
We will return to business as usual once this blows over! All the best from Becky and Craig, please stay safe and keep in touch. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support and can not wait to be back on the road doing what we love ❤️

It is with a heavy heart that I’ve had to make this decision tonight, as most of you know I take immunosuppressant medication and with the recent surgery I’ve had on my toes I’m struggling to drive let alone walk which has heavily influenced me to this decision,
As of tonight Becky will be going into self isolation for the health of her family and herself, as we are trying to stay away from this awful bug, we are being advised to stay 2m away and I feel this isn’t possible wi...thin the car
I’m taking the advice I can whilst I can still make this choice
Craig is still working until he is told to stop, but we ask you still to be vigilant with your hand washing and following the guidelines as before
Please understand this has been a such a difficult decision to make but feel it’s a must
Thankyou all for your support through this and i will see you on the other side! Take care of yourselves and each other I will be in touch with each student separately to book you all back in, any lessons paid with Becky still stand and we will pick up when we get through this awful time

In these uncertain times I think it’s time for an update....
All driving tests for today and tomorrow have been postponed anybody who did have a test will receive an email with a rescheduled date. As for next week they are going to re access the situation as things develop, it is my understanding that they probably won’t be going ahead but rest assured they will get rebooked! For now it’s best to think if you had a test it may still go ahead but don’t be too disappointed if i...t doesn’t you will get chance to sit it at some point. Please don’t cancel your test as I feel it’s better to have one booked than not so you will be the first ones back in when they do reopen.
As for lessons they are still going ahead at the moment but this may change in the near future depending on government plans rest assured any lessons you have prepaid will still stand once we are able to get back to work!

Here at the little school of Motoring we are business as usual in these uncertain times with COVID-19 being in carlisle, we ask tho that if you are feeling unwell or have a cold or cough that you message us to ask to rearrange your lesson which we will gladly do without charge to yourself just to be precautious, we ask that everyone is vigilant with following the guide lines whilst we continue to teach you drive, Becky takes medication that lowers her immune system so we’re a...sking if you are at all concerned please reschedule your lesson,
