The best sales experience ever! Josh and the team went over and above to help me with my purchase. Even after the purchase they have been on hand to help and look after us.

I live near Liverpool but the dealer there really didn’t attempt to assist, and I am always willing to travel for great service.

Can't thank the staff at Lloyd jaguar Carlisle enough, in particular Josh, who was superb throughout.



Rang josh, told him what I wanted including spec told him what I was looking to pay he came back same day with a car and a video and price was lower than I was expecting.



On arrival I was offered drinks etc and was seen straight away, then Josh showed me the car and went through all the features etc which was a great help.



Was also given a lovely bottle of champagne.



Overall a great place to buy a car with no pressure or hard sales.



Will be going back to buy next car there.

After waiting for what felt like forever after ordering our f-pace in January we collected the car on Wednesday 28th March (after many attempts for dates before that...... sorry Bryan!!) we had dealt with Bryan mostly along with dan and can only have good things to say about them. The service was excellent and my only complaint was all the cake, coffee and fizzy juice we kept being offered...my waistline is not happy about it!!

We arrived by train and Lloyd’s picked us up from the train station, unfortunately bryan was unavailable on the day of collection but josh dealt with us on the day and was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout! Also loved the tattinger champagne presented to my wife, was a nice touch! Probably should mention that the car is amazing!! Certainly getting plenty of looks as I drive by.....my wife reminds me it’s because of the car and not me ! Haha

Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!

After finding an offer online at Lloyd Jaguar for a new ex I asked my local garage if they could do the same offer but they wouldn't match it so I made contact online.

Alison from Lloyds sent me a few videos of the options available and I placed my order.

The process was very smooth and after catching a train to Carlisle early sat morning a member of the team kindly picked my up from the station.

All in all a fantastic experience and a lovely sales team (and normally I hate sales people)
