We have had Volvo cars for 30 years approximately and we have never been disappointed with any. Volvo have always been the dealership of choice when servicing and for any maintenance, reason one being the friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Reason two being prompt and efficient service with attention to detail. Reason three charges are better than you would expect from a renowned and up-market dealership. We travel from Wigan to Carlisle to get the service we have become accustomed to. Keith, Steve and Becky have seen to our every need, we could not be happier. We have 6 weeks ago purchased XC60 D4 awd, R design nav lux, needless to say we're over the moon with it, thanks #lloydsvolvo

Best Volvo garage in the north of England/Scotland. After 3 failed attempts to repair an engine fault at another dealer these boys did it in 6 hours. Its a shame you have to travel 160 mile mind to find this service but the results are Fantastic service, Volvo need to take a closer look at this place and take note so at the dealer conferences they can demonstrate to the rest how to operate a 5 star operation.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to collecting my car earlier today. Highly recommend dealing with Ben, couldn't ask for any better, well done Ben and thanks again for sorting everything! Well pleased with my v60. �
