A HUGE thank you to all who took part in MUD 7 for #LOROS at the weekend. We had almost 50 people diving through mud, clambering over walls, wading through lakes and vaulting barrelsto raise money for LOROS.

#ThrowbackThursday to last weekend when our Glenfield shop held a Summer Bonanza sale event. Loads of toys, clothes, shoes, accessories, cakes and drinks were available and we even had live entertainment from local band Out of Gas and Lee the singer.
Due to some fantastic work from #LOROS volunteers and staff the event raised almost £1500! Well done everyone and thank you to all who were involved!

thank you to loros who took care of my Nanna Valerie Hulme in her final days. she battled bravely after the family being told that we wouldn't have long left with her. The loros team also made our big family very welcome and let us stay for a week so we could carry out our final promise which was to be there for my Nanna until the inevitable happened. thank you from the Hulme family.

They look after me very well and to show my appreciation for what they done I made nine crochet blankets I took them on one of my appointments and they all went in that appointment I was so shocked they went while I was in my appointment they asked me what I usually sell my blankets for I told them and when I came out they said that they went for double what are you usually sell them for I was really pleased I thank them for all the help they give him me and I was really sorry when I finished having my treatment because I didn't want to come away as they were so kind

Would highly recommend the bridal boutique at Loros by design, Market Street Leicester, great little find. Amazing choice at super reasonable prices. Outstanding customer service along with relaxed non pressured shopping. Didn't quite find my dream dress but will be back in when I am more confident with my weight.

Words can not express our gratitude to this wonderful place. The care for my beautiful Mum was amazing as was the care for me & my father in the aftermath. Don't know how we would of coped without your team �

Thank You All to the wonderful staff and volunteers who helped during my uncles last few weeks on this earth.

My mum went into LOROS back in April she was given first class care by all the doctors, nurses and other members of staff there , they helped her carry out her final wishes before she passed away. Not only were they there for the patients but for the families too , they are still there for us now and believe me their help is a god send . Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the love and care you gave my mum in the last couple of weeks of her life , my family truly appreciate it and more importantly so did my mum . Thank you also to all in the day therapy unit and all the lovely people she met there over the months .

My grandma was in loros for the last few weeks of her life. The staff were amazing not only to my grandma but also to us. Even after she passed away they were great with us. Thank you so much to all the staff.

My childhood friend Tom had end of life care at Loros at the end of last year and I visited him quite a few times. I was so impressed with the whole set-up..the care, the respect, the dignity and the very human love, comfort and compassion that was shown to Tom and his family will stay with me forever. What an amazing place and what an important job they do! Just overwhelming...

Loros took care of my girlfriend before she passed away in December 2016. I will be forever grateful of the level of care she received in the two weeks she was with you. Bless you all.

Loros is quite an exceptional place. It isn't just for the elderly, I'm 34 & I have never felt so loved, cared for & in complete awe of everything that the staff do here. They amaze me daily with their happiness, care, fun & absolute dedication to each of us to give everything they can .

Loros is a hospice we cannot do without, Every nurse and doctor and volunteer are Amazing, my lovely hubby Chris attended the Day Therepy,for MND, he looked forward to meeting up with friends we had made, we got our support and help from everyone there, I can never thank them enough for the way he was taken care of, but I do thank you ALL so much, you are wonderful people. god bless. pollyxx

Loros helped my dad incredibly right from the start with acupuncture all the way through to end of life care and being there for not only dad, but the whole family. A wonderful place with wonderful caring staff. Thankfully my dad got admitted here for end of life care. The staff were first class, caring as well as injecting some normality and fun into his life when he was so weak and ill. We know dad was so happy being cared for at loros and felt so safe there with pain management. It allowed not only him to have a peaceful end but allowed us to know and reflect that in his final days he was cared for in such a wonderful way. Thankyou to all the wonderful staff at Loros x
