My name is Louise and I am a qualified Reflexologist. I received my training at Caritas School of Reflexology in Beeston, Nottingham, gaining a Diploma Level 3 in Reflexology and Anatomy and Physiology. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
Reflexology is an ancient healing art which can be practiced on the hands or feet. It is a gentle, holistic therapy which encourages the body to regain balance and heal itself. It works by applying pressure to certain areas of the hands or feet, called reflexes. These reflexes mirror the structure of the body and the organs within the body. Applying pressure to these reflexes can unblock any congestion and allow the free-flow of energy throughout the body, therefore helping with a wide range of conditions, on either a physical or emotional level.
I am able to carry out your treatment by visiting you in the comfort of your own home, or alternatively, you can come to my own home, where you can relax and enjoy your treatment in a peaceful and calming environment, without interruption.
After your initial consultation, I will carry out a gentle 45 minute treatment on your hands or feet. From this treatment, I will then create your very own personal treatment plan, carefully thought out in order for you to gain maximum benefit from your treatments.
