Love Vintage Again

Still busy with the furniture restoration, going to start a Chaise, an arm chair and a rocker chair. I will put up pictures when they are complete.

Recently we refurbished a customers table and chairs and a sideboard. The table was huge, and hand made in Maple wood, absolutely beautiful, the sideboard was also pretty large and in Maple wood as well. We hope you will agree that they have all turned out very well. The customer is thrilled with the furniture, and that is the most important thing to us. This is a testimonial from the customer, which we are proud of. “Keith has transformed our old and tired table and sideboard into furniture that looks brand new, we are really pleased with the result”

Another before and after picture of an old chair that was literally falling apart. The frame was totally shot, loose on all the joints, so first job after stripping all three previous coverings was to sort out the frame. It is now tight and secure with a good coat of dark wax on it. This will be going into our shop, Magpies, Station Road, Desborough, NN14 2RS in a couple of hours. I hope that you like it.

Another chair finished and ready to go into Vintage Retreat Northampton.

A rather lovely carved chair has now been given a complete makeover with Colourman 815, and a full reupholstery job.
