I am a Fully Qualified NVQ Level 3 Personal Trainer. I am qualified for spinning, Kettlebells training, nutrition advice and one to one personal training.

I am very passionate about health, fitness and motivating people for living a great lifestyle. my goals as a personal trainer are to help others reach lifetime goals and improve overall health. For my personal goals I am training towards becoming a mens physique competitor and fitness model. I have already made a start by taking part in the 2012 "fit factor" competition at Bodypower.
