Good Morning. It's cold and wet outside this morning.....however, it's warm and cozy in the Den as I prepare for a Body Conditioning. A fab therapy to make your skin feel gorgeous, soft and smooth while you feel uplifted yet relaxed.

Thirty years after suffering injuries in a motorbike accident, I still have a multitude of issues with my hips, back and shoulders.



Lynne has a gentle and intuitive touch which almost seems to smooth the pain away. I've started a session barely being able to breath properly because of the pain in my lower back and yet within fifteen to twenty minutes my whole body is relaxing and I feel very calm.

I intend to continue treatments on a regular basis to maintain the benefits derived from Lynne's massage.

Thank you Lynne for a truly wonderful and relaxing reflexology treatment this morning. Just what the doctor ordered! So chilled

Ok I know I'm biased cos I love the lovely Lynne! BUT I went for reflexology treatment today which I had put off for ages because I was so busy. I wish I hadn't! Her reflexology treatment was amazing! The den has such a lovely atmosphere, surrounded in blankets and a warm under blanket I was cocooned into a lovely state of relaxation. I would recommend this treatment to absolutely anyone it was fabulous!

OMG! That was so good and relaxing! I was snoring at some point your touch is sublime and you just gave me that me time that was much needed. Massage & reflexology is highly recommended! Thank you again for having me x
