Wow! Absolutely brilliant! Amazing, attentive staff. Fabulous cocktails and steak that is out of this world! Had a super Sunday evening meal with great a great view of Lincoln Cathedral.

Wonderful stay at the hotel and gorgeous meal in the restaurant. Steak to perfection and wonderful service from the lovely Molly who couldn’t have done enough for us. In fact all staff really welcoming and friendly at breakfast too. Can’t wait to return. �

Went for two course lunch using a Travelzoo voucher and it exceeded my expectations. Excellent food and service, the restaurant had a really good atmosphere and some great views of Lincoln. Would recommend.

We had a fab meal here last night, Sadie was our waitress and she was so lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend the sirloin steak too, thank you xxxx

Visited for the first time last night with my husband on a very rare date night and had a fantastic time . Food was beautiful and there was plenty off it . The service we received from the first phone call to book the table to leaving was just first class . We will defiantly be back . Thank you �

Very pleased with the efficiency and excellence of the food and drinks, my boyfriend preordered my favourite cocktails to our table and they were there waiting for us when we arrived! The food was amazing and could not fault it, service was rapid as could be on a Saturday! Tend to come here on special occasions and will continue to!

My husband booked it for my 40th birthday! Couldn't have been treated better! On entering when our reservation name was said, I was mentioned a happy birthday. The table was decorated and our waiter wished me a happy birthday and to top it off, my pudding plate was decorated with happy birthday and we were given two glasses of bubbly!! For someone who was not looking forward to her birthday, the meal and the staff made my weekend. Well done!

Table for 5. (Plenty of room in the booth with 2 extra chairs for us 'large' people) Lovely setting, nice decor & low ambient music, great views over the Wharf .

Our Server/waitress Katie/Katy Holmes was a lovely young lady very pleasant/helpful & knowledgeable with the menu.

We were delighted with our starters of French onion soup ( very rich & deep flavours-defo recommend) ,Mushroom tartlets, Welsh Rarebit, Charcuterie selection.

Equally impressed with Mains of Chicken Kievs, Fish curry (inc prawns), a share platter of Chateaubriand for 2 (mouth watering steak cooked 'Rare') perfection !

& Desserts � � to die for -Sticky toffee pudding, Cheese cake, Creme brûlée & Ice-cream.

Prices match the quality which was excellent!

Amazing food...best soup I’ve ever had (pumpkin and carrot), and I’ve had and made a lot. Steak was melt in your mouth with a lovely sauce. Eton mess dessert was great. Service was fantastic and even gave us complimentary drinks as it was our anniversary. Views over the Bradford and cathedral were fantastic. 25% off food cos it was a Thursday was a lovely surprise. Overall would definitely go back again.

6 of us ate here today for Mother’s Day. Good choice on the menu, food was hot, a decent portion size and we all enjoyed three courses. Millie, our waitress was delightful and we will be returning soon

I booked here with 2 friends for a birthday tea. The starter, main course were amazing but dessert let it down. We had the banana eten mess but I small piece of meringue , 3 slices of banana, melted ice cream and lots and I mean lots of cream. After 2 spoon fulls we couldn't eat anymore. When asked if everything was ok we said apart from pudding but was told the meringue dissolves. Bit shocked with the £15 service charge even through the server was fantastic. Also I have coeliacs so asked for gluten free menu and was given a normal menu with ticks and crosses in pen over it. Not what you'd expect in a place like this

Came here for my girlfriends birthday. They gave us complimentary prosecco - nice touch. Food was amazing especially the steak, melt in mouth. Service is great Would come back.

Used a Groupon voucher to try this place out...we had high hopes but unfortunately despite the waiter and waitress being very attentive the good was nothing special..80s menu pub grub at best. Very disappointed.

Booked for afternoon tea. The food was very nice and our waiter was friendly. However I was disappointed with the overall surroundings...maybe it was the cleaners day off but the carpet needed a good Hoover....the booth backs were dusty and very visible debris on them....the menus were tatty, ripped and battered.... table opposite ours the under tablecloth hem was all ripped and stained. Not the standard expected for Marco Pierre White

Starter was excellent but service was slow, main was bland and drinks turned up after the meal. Had to separate bills due to being large group and some of our food ended up on the other hill and vice versa, one of our group could not even eat her steak as it had a massive bit of gristle running through it and it was luke warm and rare when she asked for medium. For the price I was expecting so.much more, don't tho k I will be returning.

Poor service, staff clearly hadn't been given the correct amount of training when I comes to service. The food was particularly substandard, especially considering the amount they charge. The price isn't the issue as long as the food is prepared and cooked to a high quality. In addition to the discount given for the complaint we made a 10% service charge was added. Which I didn't pay.

Overall the experience wasn't great and I won't be rushing back any time soon.
