This is the Facebook page of Mark Kilby LincolnCBT providing Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression and stress.

I have been in private practice as an Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist helping people and organisations in and around Lincoln since 2003.
Prior to this I worked in a number of senior roles in health care settings. This has given me a broad range of experience that I bring to treatment.
In addition to treatment and assessment I also provide supervision to other therapists and offer bespoke training.
