Little external just finished!!

Last week we did a living room in a old peoples complex that had been smoked in for about 20 years!!😱
Ceilings, walls, woodwork, curtain rails and all the sockets and windows were dark yellow!!
So we stain blocked the ceiling, stripped the stained wallpaper, cleaned all the sockets and windows, redecorated throughout and fitted new curtain rails!
... Bit of a difference!!

This weeks job has been a property in Daybrook.
Fresh plaster on all the ceilings and patches where new sockets have been fitted.
10 different colours in total!!!!

So this weeks job has been a rental property in Toton.
Started the week stripping carpets and demolishing fitted wardrobes. 3 bedrooms lined and then everywhere painted white.
We did minor joinery works, siliconed around all the windows, bath tub, sink and kitchen units.
... Ready for the next tenant now 👍🏻

So this week we’ve had a bit of a nightmare in this rental property due to one wall!! No matter what we did the lining paper wouldn’t stop bubbling!!!
So we stripped it back, filled it, lined the wall vertically, then cross lined the wall horizontally before finally putting on a feature paper!
We also fitted new skirting where the existing fireplace was removed and blocked it up with an Mdf board.
... Now it looks the bees knees!!!
