I experienced fantastic customer service here today. I was struggling to carry everything I wanted to purchase whilst pushing my son in his pram when the manager (I apologise I didn't get her name!) Offered to carry some of it for me, she also fetched the last thing I needed off the shelf. Finally she even got a member of staff to open a till for me so I could pay straight away! Looking forward to tucking into our £20 meal deal for valentines day this evening :)

Great store with a great selection of food and always good to get the end of day bargains! Cafeteria is great aswell love the coffee served up and the tea cakes YUM!

A lovely coffee shop and mini supermarket that has a lovely little bakery and yummy fresh farmhouse bread. The staff are all frenidly and helpful. The cafe staff always take my tray over to my table for me on a Friday afternoon when I treat my daughter to tea there, being disabled I am so greatfull. Only downside is the parking issues. Two hours is not enough to shop in the retail park and for the camera to just take your reg no when you enter and leave is not good enough either. I am still waiting to have conformation that my parking notice is being delt with by M & S addmin.

A good place to shop. Quite posh so I fit in nicely. Maybe a little more expensive but worth it for a better service and quality 😀

Very disappointed that no receipts were given at the till in the café or on the check out. This happened to two customer's in front of me. I am very surprised at this. However the food is good quality but the younger staff need better communication skills with customers. I would also like to bring to your attention the Ladies Toilets need to be kept cleaner and the toilet roll checked as twice I have had to use my tissue's due to no toilet paper in the dispenser not a very good impression for such a high regarded store.. Did not have a good experience. Was at till, the food item I bought was open so at that moment a manager came to my he till and could of got another one for me but chose to walk off. Then when I queried the price of shopping regarding offers etc. That same manager took me over to customer services then didn't have a clue what he was doing so I had to get all my shopping out of bags to be re-scanned again, I was in a hurry so was not impressed by the incompetence.
