About Marmalade And Tea
Welcome to Marmalade and Tea's facebook page. We are a coffee shop in the lovely suburb of Borrowash.
Marmalade And Tea Description
At Marmalade and Tea you will find a fresh range of food to choose from. All of the menu can be eaten in or be taken away.
We do a whole range of breakfast items from simple toast and jam up to full English breakfast. We have daily pastries, crumpets and teacakes.
For lunches we do doorstep sandwiches (We will even toast them! ), Toasted Ciabatta Panini, home made quiche, Covent garden soup and Salads. We regularly put on specials and seasonal items.
For those of you wanting a treat we stock a range of cakes everyday from cup cakes to tray bakes to home made individual cakes - just perfect for a little treat. We change these on a regular basis so there will always be something different on offer.
Afternoon Tea - Booking only
If you fancy an extra special treat you can book in for our Vintage Afternoon Tea for just £9. 95 a person. We will reserve and lay your table ready for your arrival. On arrival you will receive a large teapot (We will refresh this up for you at anytime) followed by a tier of finger sandwiches, individual cakes, cup cake and scones with clotted cream and jam.
Buffets
We can provide catering for any occasion for any size booking. Our buffets start at £5. 25 per head and can be delivered to the destination for a small fee.
Meetings
The coffee shop is available to rent for meetings out of general trading hours, these can be provided with tea coffee and cakes if required.
Our focus is providing fresh food with great service in order to deliver to you an enjoyable experience!

Grand opening is today!
Marmalade and Tea will be closed Friday 27th July for refurbishment ready for the grand opening of Bugs Tucker Cafe on Saturday 28th July

Grand opening fun day next week Saturday. Come and see some live reptiles as well as the mascots from Paw Patrol and Peppa Pig. We also have face painting, glitter tattoos and music and of course, incredible coffee and cakes!

Bugs Tucker Cafe will have some amazing home made cakes ready to enjoy as well as some freshly brewed tea and coffee. We will also have a new menu for you to enjoy.
After you have had your cuppa and cake, why not meet some amazing animals from Bugs 'n' Bones. Handle a lizard, snake or maybe meet a tar...antula!

Never visited before, but glad I did. Really friendly staff, lovely food, great prices! Hot meal and a drink for under £5! Will definitely visit again.
My grandchildren love coming here. They always have a kids lunch box and on our last visit we all had homemade cakes which were delicious. All the food is freshly prepared to order and very reasonably priced. The place is very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Why not give Marmalade and Tea a visit?
Me and my mum had a afternoon tea for her birthday, it was beautiful. We both enjoyed it and the staff was lovely :-)
Just got home from my daughter's cupcake party. Absolutely fantastic! Staff are amazing with the children. A fantastic relaxed atmosphere and hot chocolates to die for!!! Would most certainly recommend x

Had a fabulous poached egg on thick brown bread with spinach and cherry tomatoes, it was delicious

Came in for a hot chocolate .with all the loverly looking food i saw people eating all around me i decided to have welsh rarebit haven eaten that for years .I had it on granary bread didn't have to wait long either .It was excellent would definitely go there again.
Brilliant breakfast! First visit yesterday. Left feeling very full! Thank you
