Top Turkish Food with polite attentive service at great prices / lamb shish kebab and edges beer yum yum

Our 1st visit last Saturday,and what a treat ,the chicken and lamb was the best I have tasted,and the staff were very attentive and friendly,will definitely go back

One of my favourite places to eat, really welcoming staff, delicious food, decent house wine, and the smell of the grill is beautiful!

Marmaris is by far our favourite restaurant in Northampton.

The food is exceptional, always really tasty, full of flavour, and absolute value for money!

The service is great, really friendly, and nothing is "too much"

It is not unusual to be advised that you will need to wait 10 - 15 minutes for your food to be freshly prepared, as your meal is cooked to order, over charcoal. Well worth the wait. The restaurant boasts a 5* hygiene rating, the staff are so welcoming, I would advise that if you want to eat in, you book. It has always been full when I have visited. I highly recommend this eaterie.

Food is always on point and never have to wait one of my favrouite places to eat in Northampton

First time eating here and would definitely recommend it. The food, the atmosphere and the staff were all amazing. And also very good value for money. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutly bangin meal,Top quality and not that expensive either,will definitely be going again,expect a bit of a wait for your food as they are usually busy in there,we was happy to wait as it's worth it

Went in for dinner last night, food & service were good. However, I felt being asked if we wanted our change when we paid the bill was very rude. Surely it's the customers choice if they wish to tip the staff & not to be prompted in such a manner.

This place is all about the food, which is awesome. The waiting staff are also polite and friendly and happy to explain the various dishes. The seating is a little crowded and cramped, and when they are busy they bring the bill without asking to see if you want coffee or deserts (because they are trying to free the tables), but it's a good place to eat and I would recommend it.

Mixed review really, food was ok but felt a bit rushed, main course came out while starter plates were still on table. Realised when mains came we forgot to order 1 portion of chips, which was obviously our fault but these did take at least 15 mins to come. Apart from that decent service but wouldn’t rush back.

not tasty food, the smell of food is such that I do not want to even try it.I wasn't sure the mincemeat was fresh as it smelled like someting old .I do not recommend this place.

We went there as a family, two adults and two children spent a lot of money for rubbish food. My husband and I have ordered the Bayti kabab, he had the lamb variant I took the chicken breast. It was all on top of each other served in a very small plate. Dry hard to chew bread on the bottom, then the meat/ chicken and yogurt and other sauce which tasted awful all together. I ordered mince meat kabab for my children and tatsted a bit of it, it did not taste like kabab. Even the side falal dish was horrible and still raw from inside.

We will never visit place again, it is a waste of money, time and appetite.

Just visited for a birthday meal, 12 people booked for 6pm.

It was freezing and apparently the heating was on. All sat there with our coats on.



We ordered, had some drinks brought over and a whole jug of water was spilt over my partner. He was then sat soaking wet and cold.



After an hour we still hadn’t had our food, yet everyone around us who arrived after us was served and finished whilst we were still sitting there.

We were promised some bread and onions to compensate, this still didn’t arrive by 7.30.

We were told the grill was busy.....



The group of 12 got up and left. It was so embarrassing. The waiters just didn’t care either, just let us leave.



Now at home with a Chinese takeaway.



Terrible service!!! Wouldn’t recommend.
