I went to matalan store today and found sime really nice items of clothing . When i saw the queue for the till i saw amazed by how may people their were. I queued and a girl on till number one was amazing . Really friendly and i asked a out the discount and how i could get it and she showed me how to get the code on my phone. Really helpful and i will definitely be going back in . Great clothes,great savings, and really great sevice x

Excellent service very polite young girl

Came into the store today and purchased some Pjs for my children passed them to my partner to put in car (I didn't buy a carrier...usually do) at some point he dropped a pair of shorts didn't realise until we got home.... I called the store and a lovely lady did everything she could to see if she could find them for me unfortunately we didn't find them but the lady called Sophie (I think) went out of her way and couldn't of been more helpful than she was great customer service �

Why on earth are you open on New Year's Day??? I'm sure people can wait one day for your trousers and blouses? Let your staff spend the day with their families!

The worst shop in the whole UK !!! Staff are terrible ,especially manager with blond hair !!! 1star is too high for matalan!!!!THANK YOU TO A "LOVELY" MANAGER IN BLOND HAIR !!!😠😠😠
