Mc_Pt Description
My name is Martyn Candler and I ‘m a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist based in Castle Donington, Derbyshire. If your goal is to lose weight, get fitter, gain weight, it doesn’t matter. I can create a training program just for you.
I will work with you to help you achieve the goals you want.
Many people who try to train themselves find it so hard that they give up while others injure themselves because they try too hard. With the right fitness plan tailored to your current abilities you will succeed. If that means training at your place of work, your home, your gym or outside that’s fine with me.
All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and willingness to succeed.
If you want to train with a friend – we can do that. I wont train more than two people at a time. More than two is less Personal Training and more Group Training. If you get stuck in a rut at the gym, I can advise you on alternative exercises. When you have tried every diet under the sun and the weight just comes back, I can help prevent this.
I can’t say it will be easy, I can’t say it won’t hurt, but with proper help, guidance and encouragement, you can get there.
Don’t you owe it to yourself to at least try.
