Bootcamp Inspiration
Ok so people will see Colin now and it’s the “machine” or the “beast” and it’s deserved the man is one! But may be off putting for others? As in it’s easy for him and how does he do that! Well how about more inspiring! as I remember Colin’s very first session! And like everyone he started somewhere! And as he’s a good mate I can also say (as he knows I mean it with respect) he was no beast or machine on that first session or dare I say for the first 6-...12 months! But through our guidance yes but more 💯 he’s own consistency, honesty and desire he slowly carried on week by week. Month by month and year by year.... I’ll let him tell you the rest in his own words but remember never judge yourself on others and always remember everyone started somewhere and has a story and allot of hard work put into that story as well! 👊🏾

So my detox, I did this more to get back on track with my nutrition more than anything else. I had slipped into bad habits and wasn’t feeling good about myself physically and mentally.
I managed to keep to the strict detox for 14 days which was tough but not long before I was feeling much better. Unfortunately unable to keep at it properly for 21 days due to holidays, which let’s be honest, we all need to indulge a little on!!
Anyway mission accomplished it didn’t take long to be reminded of the healthier ways of eating. I’ll be back on it strictly after my hols.
Sadly I didn’t take measurements due to losing by tape measure in my recent house move 🙈. But I was 3kg down after just 14 days, another reminder of the massive impact cutting the crap can achieve.
Now I’m motivated again to work harder in my Bootcamp sessions and get back on track with eating well.

Here is another one of our superstars! Emily Beasley like Sue and Sean, has been in our lifestyle changes group this month. Using plans, nutrition help, recipes and wellbeing tools. And this lady has been brilliant. With so so much on her plate personally she again still made time to look after herself and remain positive. Keeping yourself in a good place is so important and even more so when things are tough.

I've really enjoyed all the clean, delicious recipes this month in particular! I find it so much easier to eat things like salads and lots of fruit when the weather is warm and it's paid off 😊

Another fabulous superstar Sue! Again on and in the lifestyle changes group this month and in 3 weeks yes 3 weeks this amazing lady has achieved the following
5 inches lost and dropped 3 pounds! Also dress size from 10/12 to 10
... “Hi Matt. May was always going to be a tough month for me with a big drinking night out every weekend, but I tried to allow for that by getting my exercise in and eating well all week. I'd have been happy to maintain so to lose 3lbs and 5 inches is a massive bonus!”
Sue has worked her backside off and on top of that managed to fit in to her busy lifestyle and has had a hell of allot going on this month but still managed to take control and make changes.

Huge well done to this man! He won’t like the fuss, but after a very tough few months he has showed what a guy he is! Not only that he is showing the way forward to with his daughter Shannon. Who attends with Sean and together they both are amazing!
In three 3 weeks in our “lifestyle changes group” Sean has lost 5 inches and 3 pounds and definitely is getting back to where he left off!
... Physically and Mentally it gets tough for everyone but this man has stepped up and showed you keep going forward!

9:30am tomorrow. Bank Holiday Bootcamp blast.
WHO’S IN?

So 5 of us travelled to Germany to do one of the best and toughest obstacle courses in Europe. 19km Beast version of the Strong Viking Run. (More like 24km once all down)
Dan Liles had never done an obstacle course and only two months ago had a kidney infection but the boy smashed this bad boy to bits! What a guy Chris Cowdery & Colin Golder 2/3 years ago were ... concentrating on their bootcamp goals and just getting to grips with doing 2-3 sessions a week! These two could have done another 10km on top easy! Kayleigh again never done a race before and hasn’t been able to train for this due to her football commitments. So rocked up represented the girls and got it down!
Ladies and gents you are amazing and how far you’ve come is unbelievable! Now time for beers and burgers!!!
